Got off the phone who claimed he cannot deliver parts to my mechanic in Brooklyn MD because he doesnt know that shop. I wonder if they know all the mechanic shops in Maryland. Bias and racial undertons will never help. Just because a.mechanic shop isnt known, means its not worth to get delivery for service parts from freightliner.

I will never return to this freightliner dealership. My freightliner is less than a year old with 13,000 miles on the clock. I had to pay to have a radiator cap replacement causing the vehicle to overheat I was told on 3 separate occasions that the parts manager would call me back to have the part covered under warranty. Its been 2 weeks I have not heard a response. Customer service in the automotive industry is key without the customers you dont exist . To all my fellow truck drivers seek another service center/dealership. Being a business owner I would fire the parks manager immediately

The service manager Dave got my truck in quickly and they had the problem diagnosed within an hour. Turns out I needed a new turbo. The repairs were done in a timely manner also. The had me up and running in less than 48 hours. Thats very important because if Im not driving Im not getting paid. Much thanks to the service dept for getting me moving again!!

Took my truck to this shop. For warranty work. I had already paid for an estimate from another shop and bought it there for the repairs.These jokers charged me $800 just to tell me my warranty company doesn’t cover the repairs.This shop did nothing and still charged me that much.I’m never going back to this place of robbery.They don’t deserve any stars for this type of treatment

We have been there twice and they took 1 week both times to finish and both times the truck is parked outside way befroe the 1 week mark, typically 4-5 days. They just look at the truck and charge you $155/hr and do not perform any kind of work on it. One time the bill was over $1000 and the second time it was $650. They did nothing to it both times. Be careful because they waste your time and do not do the work. They only know how to rip you off.

This Freightliner dealership has the worst service out of any dealership I’ve dealt with. They will tell you it will be a couple days for them to look at your truck but it will really be about a week or more until they even touch it. Then they will give you an astronomically high price to fix it. I ended up taking my truck to a different Freightliner dealership and had it repaired for a third of the price that they quoted.

The wait time to get my truck into th shop was kinda long, but compared to most of the east coast dealers it wasnt bad (1 and a half days)Once my truck got pulled in and diagnosed it was ready in about 5 hours and they had to change out all 6 of my injectors. Good job guys.The only reason Im leaving a 4 star is because of the rude unprofessional taller gentleman in the parts department next door. I wish I would of gotten his name. He was standing in the middle of the parts desk. He really didnt seem to be happy that he was at work.I definitely wont hesitate bringing my truck back if I break down on the baltimore area again.They have a secured, gated lot across the street to leave your trailer. Just stop by the parts department 1st and get a gate pass.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place for ANY repairs! They will create a problem then charge you for the result of their irresponsible behavior. We took our truck to them and told them the exact problem and gave a copy of the professional diagnostic report. They then charged for an “additional” report, gaskets ( which had NOTHING to do with my repair AT ALL . Then broke parts and wanted us to pay to replace. Go here at your own RISK! You’ve been warned!

Wasnt pleased with the outcome of my visit at all. I give them 2 stars only because the ladies behind the counter seem nice. However, I took my truck in for just a diagnostic and they tried to give me a bill for $905.00!!!! When I questioned it, they then charged me $458. They said that they will charge me 3 hours diagnostic fee because thats how many hours it takes. Mind you, I only went in there for them to find out what the codes meant that were coming up on my dash. That doesnt take 3 hours to do!!!!

Looking for what type and kind of shoes or drums that were installed from factory or what the size should be and apparently he cant help me with that unless Im there in the store or help me with some part numbers.... Our brand new Fleetwood RV had a recall on it so we came to this service department unannounced. When they discovered we live and travel in our RV full time the moved our rig into the service bay immediately and began assessments. The part was ordered for the next morning and the repair was done before noon. At our request they also fixed an AC problem covered under the RV manufacturers warranty and provided us paperwork to submit to them for reimbursement. This is a customer focused place. Great service and concern.

Got side swiped by. Forward Air truck. Checked in there in the morning the young lady working the desk was very rude and disrespectful and continued to be rude while walking with her to my truck. I finally asked her what her problem was and she had no response. Anyways just needed a mirror to get me back on the road the rude lady that wished I had her name and I will when I go back told me they couldnt get it in for three day and that I would be waiting for a while. Never seen such sorry service and rude employees in my life. Their parts department were nice to me but the service side was terrible.** Mr. Ed called me and made things right. He was a very nice and respectful guy. Thank you sir.

I gave them my business and they gave me the middle finger. Most of issues seem to be fixed on my truck so I want to thank Erik and the techs for making it work. There should be a pay after 28 days policy and I bet they would change their M.O.My gripe: I woke up this morning to the same issue I brought the truck in the shop for 2 weeks ago. My truck wont start. I called and expected for them to do everything in their power to correct the job. Nope. They told me Im on my own. So now Im stuck waiting...which is the only reason I have time to type this. More money down the drain.For the amount of money I spent. I feel like they can send somebody out, get it towed back in...Do something about the work that they claimed they fixed. They didnt take ownership of their work and left me out to dry. Its okay...

This is not the place you want to take your truck for an honest diagnosis. Wouldnt give me the notes on diagnosis because I didnt want to pay the to do the costly repairs. Cost me over $600 to get my truck out of their shop with no repairs. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give less then 1 star they would be in the negative. Nothing but a bunch of ripoffs.

Driving though Baltimore and my freightliner started to run hot. So I pull over and determine the thermostat was bad. I found Baltimore Freightliner nearby, Give them a call and they tell me to come over they will get me right in. Well I get there and the guy at the desk (Robert) was very rude. It took them an hour to get the truck in the shop. (Which is not the worst thing, I understand you cant drop what you are doing.) Thats not the bad part. 7 hours and $800.00 Im back on the road. All they did was put a new thermostat in. I talk with my mechanic who said it should have taken 30 minutes, 1 hr at the most. Definitely willnt be going back there again. Recommend you stay away from this place.(Probably would have been quicker and cheaper to get roadside service.)

I brought my truck in for a full pm service ask to check everything and fill all fluids check for leaks etc. go to pick up my unit and they charged me over $4000 for this . Ok fine what ever, then drive the truck about 200 miles the rear end ceases up and brakes I have it towed to the closes repair shop to me and they went threw truck and said there was no fluid in the rear end. Also there where no leaks. Baltimore Freightliner said if it was there fault they would pay to repair it. They have all the proof it wasn’t filled and offered us $500 dollars towards a $4500 dollar bill I now have to pay. I wish they would make this right as I am a small mom and pop company and really can’t afford someone else’s mistake

They are not an oasis repair facility even through they are listed as such on Freightliner owners club web site. They did honor the 10% club discount for me. They do work fairly quickly and for big jobs you can expect them to take about a week or so. They have a small but nice waiting room also. Now for things that are not the servicing dealers fault. If I was looking for another coach I would think twice about one on a Freightliner chasis, my radiator failed in 5 years 23k miles. Balt Freightliner called corporate on my behalf and all corp said was out of Warranty 3600 please LOL! Most companies will replace the part that should not have failed and you pay the labor which would have been fair because this was obviously a defective part when installed it just took awhile to fail, most likely dirty welds. If you buy a new one get the radiator pressure checked before warranty expires. I had Balt Freightliner check the coach but not radiator big mistake. if you buy used do check before purchase. You have to practically disassemble the rear of the coach to replace the radiator, replacement was never expected 200k or more miles . Just saying not Freightliners brightest monment!

I would happily give the Parts & Service Departments the highest ratings of any dealership in the country. There are always going to be people that are not 1,000% thrilled, especially if they have continued to run the vehicle when they know they shouldnt. And rarely are those happy customers going to think to write about their positive experiences on a map site, so you must average out any comments placed here. While awaiting an early morning delivery the truck driver called to say he was having an issue with a recently installed clutch where the airlines has been improperly installed causing the truck not to engage low gear. Which the original jon had cost 6,250.00 for the change of clutch and then while driving the day after and broke down again wont go into low gear. Call a tow truck for 775.00 ans repair of 350.00 because airlines were not fixed properly

I have used them numerous times for my companies Freightliner Sprinter van and evrytime it takes either way too long to fix it or they give it back saying it is fixed but it still has the same issues. We have spent more then $12K over 2 years and still having the same issues. Hard to find someone to work on it because it is a commercial vehicle but I expected alot more from a Freightliner dealership and shop.

One star is truly too much to give these horrible people. They have the absolute worse customer service. Zero sense of urgency. My 2017 m2 has spent the last 2 weeks in shop waiting on a water pump that has already failed once before. In addition to that - a broken rear diff lock control in which they’re denying warranty claim and fighting me on. Also, air condition has been broke for the majority of the ownership since buying the truck brand new. They have cost me thousands of dollars by just taking there good ole time. The first time last year it spent 3-4 days in shop to have AC and rear diff lock looked at. The rear diff was ok supposedly and they claimed to fix the AC and 20 minutes after picking back up it failed again. Spent 3 hours in waiting room that night just to be sent back away and told I would have to come back another day but Eric would make me a priority for the hard time I was given. Eric pretended to never have said that when I took it back a month later and so I dealt with sitting in my own sweat for the entire summer of 17 because I didn’t hav the time or money to wait for them to service it again even tho it’s covered under warranty.. This time around they claim rear diff lock is actually broke (although nothing changed since the first time it was there). Now they’re denying the claim for warranty for rear diff lock and they haven’t even started on AC yet because they’re waiting for Cummins to manufacture a new water pump as they’ve been out of stock for 2 weeks apparently. Did I mention this is a 2017 Freightliner M2 106? 2017. I pay $2000 a month to deal with nothing but problems. Eric and the rest of the staff at Baltimore Freightliner are the most careless, horrible people to deal with. They’re down right rude and truly do not care or value their customers. Eric completely lacks any and all knowledge about trucks and I’ve been unable to figure out why he’s even in the position of handling customer accounts that he’s in. They’re liar and they’re theives.

The service department is the rudest people I have seen in my life. I have been to a lot of freightliner dealership all over the east coast. This place is the worst. They dont know what customer service is nor can they handle it. Even the techs will argue with you. So much so that they dont want to take a moment to listen to the customer to explain what has occurred. Then the time frame of waiting for answers of diagnostic is crazzzzy. They will recommend you to go to another place between here and further north. They dont let you know anything. You as the customer have to ask then get snapped at or disrespected. I would advise everyone to go to another dealership than this one. A one star is too much of a rating for this business.

My 2002 Sprinter has been at Baltimore Freightliner for over two months. The estimate that I approved for $2672.20 for a driveability problem has become $3543.84. Only got one call back from them after contacting them many times. Stay away from these people, they do not care about customers and dont have a clue about customer service.
