I have ordered tee and golf shirts from Swag Dog on many occasions over the past 10 years or more. Their service has always been consistently excellent. I have found Tom to be patient, flexible and gracious particularly when developing the artwork. The shirts have always been delivered as scheduled, never a problem. The shirts have been ordered for various ministries within my church. When the groups go outside of the church for various activities they are always complimented and asked where did you get your shirts?

This wonderful company has done a bunch of work for me (and in turn, Guinness), often with very short turn around times, and complicated requests. Their work is always top notch and theyre a breeze to work with. Prices are more than fair for the quality of the work. One of the best places to get custom screen printing and embroidery done in the Baltimore area.

He developed a system for us to easily bulk order uniforms so its a simpler process for us and for his team. Swagdog came as a recommendation by a fellow company, which we had been thrilled with in the past, but due to scheduling we were not able to use them this year. Just the recommendation from one of their competitors alone should tell you Swagdog is great. Tom and his crew were awesome. They were so accessible and patient whenever we needed them for a question and they were happy to assist us with any changes we wanted to implement. We had a large order and required multiple changes in the final days and Tom and company were not only quick, efficient but more than accommodating and there was not one mistake. I would recommend Swagdog for any job, big or small because they have the accessibility and flexibility of a small company, but resources of a large company.

I ordered two packages of officially licensed Icynene t-shirts from Swag Dog, the first time was okay, but the second time will definitely be the last. The first order of about 30 t-shirts ranging from medium to large took almost a month to complete, which is okay to say the least. However, the second time I ordered about 15 of the same type of shirts in XLs and they took over two months to complete my transaction. Half the amount of t-shirts in more than double the amount of time! I will give them credit due to the awful weather conditions delaying airlines, but over two months for a little over a dozen shirts is ridiculous. During both transaction experiences I had to personally call the company to complain about the time it was taking to deliver my order. They never emailed, called, or even texted me as a customer to confirm my order or let me know that they were having trouble receiving inventory because of a delay from their manufacturer. Both times they explained the late processing due to their system not receiving my order even though I had my receipt on file in my account within their website. The service is unprofessional and unorganized and thankfully I dont have to go back.
