Shana and team are amazing! I recently went to have some metal koozies engraved. Shana worked with me to determine what I wanted, making suggestions and mocked it up. I was told the turn around time would be about 10 days. I went in on Saturday before July 4th. I received emails with the invoice and a link to the font site to pick what fonts I wanted. I replied back and my order was ready on July 5th. The final results are fantastic. I am extremely pleased. They also support the community. Our car was overheating and we stopped in to see if we could get some water, and this place is amazing! They have such a beautiful store with many fine products! Small, friendly shop. I went to buy a few locally-made greeting cards. But their main product is customized gifts, either for corporate or personal use. Like mugs and plaques with custom imprints. Nice stuff.

I googledRAVENS face mask and Chase Street Accessories & Engraving popped up. After viewing their website (which was very informative and user friendly) I decided to place my order for 3 Ravens face masks. Unfortunately they were all out. I left my email to be contacted when they came in stock, which was a few days later. They arrived promptly. The masks are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, courteous & professional. In addition, their Ravens masks are cheaper than others advertised.

I lived in Baltimore my entire life. I worked on N Charles St for over 16 yrs. I did not find this business until I moved to Florida. I will always be an Oriole and Ravens fan. I was so glad to find the masks with those logos. They work great. I was very pleased with how they are made. My only regret is, I was unable to get my husband a set in large!!! I will check this Co out for future items.

This place is amazing!! Their window displays are always creative and include a good amount of their different products. I’ve been ordering things for gifts for almost all holidays, they’re always timely, listen to exactly what I want and need, and recommend products when I have no idea what I want! The online ordering process is just as pleasant and informative as in store, which is rare. Always a good experience!

I ordered something the last minute (within 24 hours), Chase Street was the only store that agreed to fulfill the order, with a reasonable rush order fee. Whats more, when I was running late to my event, Chase Street agreed to deliver the plaques to the event venue literally within 20 minutes of my call, which really saved my day. I was ready for them to charge me a minimum of 100 dollars for such a big favor, but they only asked for half of that. I cant say how thankful I am to this awesome team. This is definitely a store I will come back in the future.

Just got my I Love My Disgusting Baltimore mug and love it! Not only is the message politically appropriate (for me), the mug is very well made and comfortable in my hand. My intent had been to display it on a shelf in my office, but now that I have held it in my hand I think I will use use it!
