Super cute store, filled to the brim with a variety of toys & activities. I needed something pretty specific [dinosaur super soaker] and couldnt believe when I found it, and at a reasonable price. They wrapped it up in birthday paper and attached a cute matching card. Great experience.

The BEST old school family-owned shop in town! The Shenanigans crew know their toys and will give incredible recommendations. They are accommodating and offer free delivery in the area and really cute wrapping. Love Shenanigans for toys and gifts for kids and the young at heart. My family was so delighted to find this store when we moved to the area. It reminded me of the toy stores I grew up with. Do not be fooled by it’s small size (compared to big box stores); they have a very large selection of items, thoughtfully chosen by their staff. They also make it easy to order in whatever it is you want if they don’t have it in stock. It’s a fun spot for children to visit - lots of things on display and toys to interact with. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. There’s never a concern of letting your kids explore - they encourage it! Price points are surprisingly reasonable and on par with what larger chain stores charge (often times they’re better). This a true neighbourhood gem and it’s definitely worth your time visiting and supporting! Highly highly recommended!

I love this little shop, and more importantly so do our kids. Space is tight, but every nook is packed with toys from the newest fads to the stalwart classics.The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to gift wrap purchases, which is very handy. One of our visits was on the way to a childs party. Well be back again and again!

Dont you love it when a place has a definite sense that Every Single Item is chosen with love and care and belongs in the very place it is placed? When there is enough of everything and it is different enough to be very interesting and yet it is not cluttered...? Well this little shop is this place. With a major Toy chain closing down this shop was a very pleasant discovery and my family is home for taking care of most of our future gifts needs around here!

This is a Baltimore Gem! If you have kids you need to check this place out! One of the few remaining actual Toy Stores in the area! While small in size, they carry an amazing selection of specialty toys, as well as the staples not generally found in small stores...like Barbie..and Hot Wheels! Staff is freindly, knowledgeable, and will never oversell you on anything. They really are very careful to only point out age appropriate items so that the child has a great experience. Highly recommend, and will be back!

This store is great. They have a huge variety of great unique toys for a large age range. The people working there are always friendly and helpful. The loss of one star is only because check out can be time consuming with a long line of you happen to go when theyre busy. But, it is worth the wait to walk or with great toys and gifts.

A great selection of old standards and some truly cool and unusual items—the toys here are great both for kids and for pop-culture obsessed adults.The prices are extremely competitive, and despite what some other reviewers have said, I have never been treated rudely at Shananigans even during the busiest of the holiday rushes. If all local businesses were this good, the big box stores would not be able to keep their doors open.So if youre looking for a gift for the tyke in your life (or someone a bit older, perhaps), you will not go wrong by shopping here. I called to ask if they had a copy of Pandemic in, they didnt when I called. But the person helping me on the phone told me that they were picking up items from one of their distributors and theyd and I could pick it up by 4pm. Thats some top shelf customer service.

This is our favorite toy store in Baltimore. The owner is friendly and eager to help with recommending a game or explaining a game. Every time we visit Baltimore we are sure to stop in and see what is new. They recently expanded which makes the store even better.

So many great toys for all ages! Also a lot of culturally diverse books: I found two Indonesian books.

If you want a selection of toys that you wont find at Toys R Us or Target, this is the place for you. It never seems to matter how much time I spend in that store, I always find something new that I hadnt seen before. And the customer service is second to none. The staff is so knowledgeable and patient. If you need a gift for a child and dont know what to get, just tell them your requirements and within minutes youll have a selection of things to buy. I cant say enough great things about this place. Plus you can feel good about buying from a local company instead of one of the big chains.
