Employees are very polite but it is not a 24 hour location and hasn’t been since Covid. Problem is there is no information on what the updates hours are, and sometimes they seem to be open until 11 or sometimes until 10, you never know.
This is my favorite 7eleven coffee always so fresh and the donuts are to die for staff always good to their costermers!!!
This claims to be a 24-hour location. Needed contact solution around midnight, arrived and the doors were locked and some sketchy guy was talking to the cashiers and told me and another group to leave.
Came to pick up online delivery order. Door was closed and chained, nobody inside but the lights were on. As far as I know they should have been open. Had to cancel because I had no other option. Would avoid coming here or attempting to place orders after 10pm; you never know if it will pan out
Two employees sitting on the counter chatting at 10:45 in their uniforms deciding to just tell me and 5 or so random people that theyre closed
Wale was very kind, hospitable, and understanding. He is a great assist to 711. He needs acknowledgement for his hard work. His smile is effective.
I think it is nice
My experience from working in the area and being a customer at this location a few times....they seem to be overly courteous to all men and Caucasian people. I will never spend another one of my black dollars here.
Busy store, coffee and pastries are fresh. Cashiers are efficient, move you out fast.
As I’m tourist here in Baltimore cashier asked me where are you from I told him where I’m from then he started to talking in politics and throwing some races words, never seen unprofessional cashier like him.
I live around the corner and 4 times in the last week Ive tried to come to this 711 and the door has been locked with the employee telling me not open when online it says 24 hours. Tried twice in the afternoon and twice at night and door was locked. Guess Ill start going to Royal Farms 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
They have bad customer service however Ive seen worse. Im not sure if they dont understand English very well or the cashier is lazy. I think it might be the latter because the cashier was responsible for maintaining the store and there was no chilly or sprite. He was also the one who caused an issue because I asked for another big bite and he repeated big bite 150 then rung me up for a big gulp. I think he just doesnt want to get another hotdogs for me or he may be mentally disabled if thats the case the manager needs more help.
This place is not open 24 hours
It’s not 24 hours
There arent a lot of convenience stores in what is a very commercial and busy area of downtown Baltimore so having this one, especially very close to our hotel, was really neat.
The staff accused me of stealing upon entering the store. I havent been anywhere near any of the merchandise yet. When I finally did get to purchase what I came in the store to get, I was over charged at the register. Literally the price on the rack said one thing and the register showed something different. Then when i told the cashier that something was wrong he told me to look at the receipt which showed no details. It didnt even show how the taxes were calculated. I asked for the manager and proceeded to grab my bag and the employee nearly jumps over the counter trying to hold on to MY BAG while he continued to call me a thief. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never again.
NIGHT BOSS TRIED TO SELL ME A UNDONE HOTDOG THAT I WATCHED HIM PUT INSIDE THE OVEN TO PASS AS DONE IBIT INTO IT AND IT WAS TOUGH AND GROSS RECOMMENDED HIM TO BE FIRED AND THE 7-11 TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP
They are very unprofessional .... never again ....
They got what u need
