Love the coffee, particularly the espresso. Proper flavor. One of the better coffee shops when you want something upscale over Dunkin, definitely skip Starbucks

Lovely mocha latte. Subs can be heated, nice salads with chicken, vegetable soup, fruit cups and REAL pastries - like in Europe. Delightful service for takeout or dine in. Central downtown Baltimore location at juncture of Pratt and Light streets, next to PNC.

The staff was polite and fast. The honey latte was good coffee, but there was no honey flavor. The beignet was good as well. Pleasantly surprised by the gluten free packaged sweets.

I came in and asked for a vanilla strawberry latte,it was very good and the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and seemed like she’s been doing this for a while now. I will definitely be back again. Wonderful customer service and the place looks very fancy.

Love this place amazing breakfast and lunch. Went one day though they barley had anything left and told me nobody was making more that day. Sad I couldn’t get what I wanted but tried something new turned out really yummy. Overall great place, clean, nice food, and a good atmosphere.

Ive been going to this place practically every week day since I saw it was open and just realized that I never left a review! Well, let me say that this place is the best coffee shop I have been to ever. I am not exaggerating.It is a combination of the coffee (the lattes are the best; I like them hot), the croissants (the croissants are AMAZING!), but most importantly, the people who work there.The staff is genuinely kind and happy to help. From the first few times I went in, half of the staff had my order memorized (this is important for a creature of habit like me ). They are nice people and make you feel at home.Bonus Tip: Its Kosher

Okay so I just spent $6.56 for a special “strawberry dark chocolate mocha” and it’s totally not worth it.... the coffee is weak and there’s a very light if any at all strawberry scent, definitely has no “mocha” element in it.The store closes at 6 and I got there about 5:40, it’s a coffee shop, not a sit down restaurant so I didn’t think getting there 20 min before closing to get a coffee is anything wrong, but obviously the girl behind the counter thought otherwise... or she just had a bad day or had an important date to go afterwards.Anyway. I am not local and probably won’t come back again.

Great coffee! Good breakfast sandwiches, great service. This place is A1. Of note, they do say vegan options on the menu but there arent any. My vegan friends had to go down the street for breakfast.

Quick place on the inner harbor to grab a delicious shot of coffee or sip on your latte. Not your typical chain coffee, but the order came through faster than it would have at one of those places. The baristas know their stuff there...as they stated, I know my coffee, but they actually do!

My wife and daughter each bought the exact same drink but they came out totally different. The staff person wouldnt acknowledge when we asked about it. She was not trained well.

Place looks good but the lady works there said she cant warm up the sandwich as they close at 5.45 and the time was 5.12. Didnt boughter to order anything else after that.

Loved the decoration and theme of the place, would love to bring friends for a chat or maybe have a study session there. The staff were rushing and gave me a light roast when I very specifically asked for a dark roast. Being that I saw the barista pour me my drink from the Light Roast canister, I obviously knew my coffee was a light roast. When I asked about my drink they told me it was indeed a dark roast. However, upon taste testing I discovered that my drink was lighter than any dark roast Ive had. I brought the drink back and they replaced it with their darker roast, which wasnt too dark but it was better than what I had. Their pastries looked very tasty, although there werent many left when I visited around 10:30 AM, which is fairly early in the day.

My (vegan) latte was delicious. I spent 2 hours there to enjoy the quiet and the free Wi-Fi on a very hot day at the harbor. The owner is a really nice person. I would definitely go back to this coffee shop if I come back in Baltimore.

Coffee was good but the baked goods were nothing to write home about. They hadnt wiped down tables so things looked fairly dirty.

Best coffee I have ever had. Beats Starbucks hands down. Not only are they true baristas but enjoy what they do and appreciate their customers. One of the baristas gave my two year old son and balloon while we drank our coffee.

I went to visit this location all the way from Virginia. The first issue, the coffee shop is out of iced coffee. My friends order an omelette croissant and receive an almond croissant instead. My other friend orders a bagel, and the cashier says theyre going to put it in the toaster-- then forgets about it for half an hour. Not to mention, the whole time she was ringing us up she was talking on the phone to somebody else. While getting our orders for us, she tells the person on the phone as soon as Im done with these people are done, Im leaving. An urge for us to leave when we arrived an hour before they closed, asking for items that were already made. I wouldnt recommend, even though the food was relatively good once we received the food.
