Omg! I havent been in this store in years. What an amazing shopping experience, brought 3 beautiful dresses.

I explained to the cashier that I only had a certain amount to spend and kept ringing the items up and I told her after that that I didnt want the items because I didnt like the way that she was handling the whole transaction because if I only have a certain amount of money to spend and she keeps taking the hangers off of the items that doesnt make me feel very welcome as a customer

It has been a long time that I have been to this side of town. Notwithstanding it has changed a lot maybe the Covid19 did brought its hand on this mule.

I was a little disappointed with JC Penny. They dont have as much as they use to. I walked out their store empty handed.

Forgot how much I liked this place

JCPenny in east point is without a doubt one of my favorite stores in the area. Everyone there is extremely helpful nice and courteous. The deals are usually great, I honestly suggest when you shop you just pay attention to when the sales start and finish, because you can spend quite a bit and have items in your cart to show for that look amd feel great for clothes.

I dont know how they stay in business (bare inside and little foot traffic), but they had what my husband needed and on sale.On a separate visit... I also would love to give a shoutout to Customer Service Rep Travis (ladies clothing) who went above and beyond helping me. Exemplifies what true customer service should be! Virtual high five to him!

Took back a pr of slacks and bought 2 pairs of sandals for only $2.11. What a bargain!

They have one of the most helpful staffs around. Its not hard to find help if you need it. Always a good value.

Shelves looked kind of bare. Very few people in the store. Employees were standing around not making any attempt to engage customers. This was at Eastpointe Mall in Dundalk MD at 11:00AM.

I like the store but if you shop on buy one get one 50% off sales its bad because they may only have one item that is in your size. Over all prices are decent Unfortunately the store I shop at no longer has a dressing room in mens department. I was told by mgmt it is because of shoplifting. Its sad really. I shop at Eastpoint mall and I have to walk all the way on the other side of the store to try on a pair of pants in the Womens department. Service and selection has deteriorated.

Awesome. I ran in to get slippers, and discovered that they were open until 11pm. I got to finish my shopping with almost no other customers as no one else knew! The staff was great, so helpful and Natasha even walked me out and helped me carry my bags, I had too many to carry,lol. Saved a bunch and finished shopping stress free!! Thank you

When youre in long line and one cashier is working, and two cashiers walk up and walk away. No Im not convinced they were helping another. One announced Im leaving. All I can say is good for you.

Its extremely nice. They had an extremely unbelievable sale today well unt the 16 the a 40 percent off some fifty or sixty percent off on winter clothes and Ravens gear. They have men, women and children boots but one pair and get two pair free and you can mix and match the boots for the entire family.

Love this store! Always great deals and reasonably priced. Its one of my go-to stores for the whole family!

Ordered online for same day pickup 11:30 amGet there and no one to pull your orders, but you got my money.....telling me to come back tomorrow. I ordered same day to pick up same day not to make the trip twice.... now they saying can’t cancel and get my money credited back to card till tomorrow...BS

Only good thing left around East Point

My trip to JC Penney was good. They were having a sale plus handing out a coupon that had a hidden discount inside to be used in store and I believe online as well. I found what I was looking for but wasnt too happy at checkout. I received 30% some of the items I purchased but the 30% discount coupon only applied to certain things. I wish the coupon was more specific. Other than that the staff was helpful.

The staff was pleasant and the store was crowded.

JCPenney is my favorite store. I like the coupons they send me in the mail and the weekly newspaper. Ive got a lot of great deals there.

Is almost abandoned. Looks like an abandoned department store. Hardly anything on the shelves, and what they do have is ugly and not the right size. Waste of space.

Lots of sales on name brand clothes and shoes

If there were options to give a zero or negative star this JCP store at Eastpoint mall would’ve earned them. Negative energy, dim/no lights, unprofessional staff unaware of even how to use gift cards or what to say to customers wrt simple questions. The store itself is so shady seems like it’s Fahd- pathetic collection, foil smelling, dirty trial rooms- simply disgusting. The whole mall smells of drugs and tobacco like any other S e in ugly Baltimore. The people hanging out there inside the mall and by the liquor store are really shady and it’s not worth wasting your time and/or money, the worst JCPenney store in the country !

Most associates are nice and helpful, but sometimes it is difficult to find what you need and find a register that doesnt have a huge line.

I went to a big Mall tonight. Frustrated I left after going through every store with no results of something to wear. On my way home I stopped by JCPENNY. FANTASTIC I found 3 options and bought them all. Love their stock. Its not too young for me or overly expensive.

So happy they are still hanging in there at the ghost town called EastPoint Mall. Love the store lay-out & great selection of accessories ( jewelry, fine jewelry, shoes & purses). The make-up area is truly awesome !the store employees have always been helpful & do a great job at kerping the store organized. However, I do wish theyre was more of a selection for plus sizes...

I actually really like this Jcpenny! However, one thing that REALLY turned me off....an older lady working the cashier near the teen clothing department (not sure exactly what department its called) came up to me & said will you please apply for a jcpenny credit card? And I said no thank you and she was literally BEGGING me. She said please?? I really need you to apply they must really pressure these cashiers. She wouldnt leave me alone.

Clerks were so nice as always. The reason that I gave only 2 stars was it seems like the lingerie department is falling apart. Basically only one type of panties. Ive always bought a certain brand (Maidenform) and there were absolutely zero. Also one register open in the entire store. What happened to Tom and the wonderful assistant he had. Well you really need him back at East point.
