Best hookah place I had no idea where to start and Adam did an amazing job. My best friend and I where almost about to leave when Adam just got in the store and ask us what we wanted exactly and that was a wrap. We got our hookah and we out peace!!!!!!

I came in for a basic puff came out with a even better one great prices Oliver the guy who assist me was the best!!!

The person that helped me today seemed like he had an attitude. When I first got into the store he wasn’t listening to what I wanted. Then when I finally got what I wanted he didn’t give me an instructions on how to use the vapor. So I asked for a refund in stead of him giving me a refund. He caught an attitude and told me that I couldn’t get exchange it. He customer services was very poor.

The register operator kindly responded to his negligence by saying I wont let you pay for that. The store employee couldve said sorry, not my problem but instead made this guys day by replacing it free of charge.I was next in line and the same store attendant swiftly reassured my purchase would work with my at home set up.
