My experience with Carpet Outlet was positive from start to finish. Vladimir was very helpful and patient with me as I decided which carpet to get. The install team was prompt, friendly and efficient. They moved the furniture and replaced it after doing an excellent job with the installation. They cleaned up their mess and hauled everything away. I highly recommend Carpet Outlet and would use them again in the future.

I contacted Carpet Outlet for a quote to replace the carpet in a townhouse I wanted to sell. The owner (Vlad) was able to come out two days later to give me a quote. They had the best price and did not try to upsell me. Quote was received Friday, carpet was installed Monday. I was not at the property and was able to pay online and they sent me video of the rooms after they were finished. Vlad was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend Carpet Outlet.

Never, Never again. They cover electric outlets in floor with carpet. Owner said what I am supposed to take care of it. Left trash.

Great, fast service. I called Vladimir for an estimate and explained what I wanted roughly. He texted me some samples and an estimate based on the square footage and layout of the area. I came in later that week and took a sample, and they installed it days later. It was a quick and convenient process. Paying online was easy. The cost was also hundreds less than quotes I got from other carpet places in the area. I would definitely recommend!

Those big box stores wanted to charge me almost a thousand more for more expensive carpet that I really didnt need and lower quality padding too. The installation was quick, and they did an excellent job. I absolutely love my new carpet, and will most definitely use them again ... like in a few months!

I called for an appointment and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up.When i called the store the woman who answered told me to be patient and she was a bit nasty. I told her we had bought carpet from them before and she shouted, no you didnt and so on. they lost a good customer. Im a landlord with much work.
