I had a good experience with Carpet Concepts (CC). The purchasing experience was very easy. No hard upsells. Pricing was consistent with other options. Scheduling the install required some time but that didnt bother me. It gave me more time to prepare. The installers are contractors but theyre a reflection of CC. The installers were great. They communicated well. Showed up nice and early. They were SUPER nice and respectful. Knocked out carpeting for 3 sets of stairs, 2 living rooms, and 4 bedrooms. They even fixed a couple oddball items that Ive come to live with. The place looks fantastic.

Scott came out to measure for new carpeting throughout our house and when we met with him in the showroom, he had excellent selections for us to choose from that matched our color preferences and traffic patterns exactly and at affordable prices as well! From measurements, to selection, to scheduling, to installation,--everything went smoothly and as planned. This fall, we went back to Carpet Concepts to have our basement floor redone with LVP and Scott measured right away, we met to go over flooring choices, picked it out, scheduled, installed, and it all went just as smoothly as the first major project. Carpet Concepts was amazing to work with for our flooring! I was looking for LVT for our kitchen, dining, and living space, as well as carpet for our den. From start to finish I had a great experience. I had just the right amount of support in the showroom. I got my questions answered and pointed in the direction of products I was looking for, but then had as much time as I wanted to peruse the options. I was there a long time, took home multiple samples, and then brought them back and got different samples, and each time I was met with friendliness and helpfulness! Because I wasn’t rushed and was given so much help, I am in love with the products I chose! Our floor is beautiful and I’m so glad I didn’t try to buy it off the internet because I wouldn’t have chosen the version I picked. The colors and texture needed to be seen in person and the knowledge the owner provider was so helpful. If you need to buy flooring, I highly recommend Carpet Concepts. They are so friendly, I felt like they cared about my floor choice as much as I did!

Carpet Concepts lost their chance at our business with poor communication. We ended up getting the exact same product installed for nearly $1,000 cheaper from the good folks Warehouse Carpet and Tile.

I visited the showroom and spoke with Scott. We set up a day and time for him to come to my home for measurements, as I was interested in having luxury vinyl plank installed throughout most of my home. Scott showed up and completed the measurements and assured me he would have the estimate to me within 2 days. He called me the next day and said he wanted to send out an installer to check out some of the steps and make sure he was doing the estimate/measurements correctly. The installer came by the next day and said he would talk to Scott later that day with the information. It’s been 2 weeks and I have never heard from anyone at all. No follow up, no estimate, nothing. Guess they don’t really need/want the business that would have been upwards of $10,000. Their loss. Fortunately, I have a wonderful, reputable and responsive company completing the work as we speak.

Bought carpet for three spare bedrooms, and Mary was incredibly helpful in selecting the carpet, taking measurements, and offering advice. On installation day, the guys showed up right on time, worked like crazy even in the heat, and got our bedrooms done perfectly in record time. The carpet looks great – we love the color and texture. Not a mark on the freshly painted walls, either.We couldn’t be more pleased!

Carpet concepts installed Berber carpet in my basement, including the stairs about 9 months ago and its holding up well so far. Scott was very easy to work with and the install crew is immeasurably better than what youd get at one of the discount stores. Between the excellent coordination that you get from the staff and the respectful, timely install crew, I would highly recommend carpet concepts, especially over next days floors, Lowes, Home Depot...

Dont bother with this place if you intend to ask any questions.We were looking to get flooring for our house and interacted primarily with Lorrie. After we met with her the first time, she stated that she would have someone call early the following week. When we didnt hear from her, my husband called to give a friendly reminder, and she responded with a clipped attitude- very unprofessional.They were able to come out and measure pretty quickly after that. Dave showed up when scheduled and was efficient. We spoke with Lorrie after the measurements, and she said she would email us an estimate. The estimate she mailed was far higher than she indicated on the phone, and it also had someone else’s signature on it. She told us she mailed us the wrong estimate and sent the corrected one. We looked over the estimate and the contract, and had a few questions about it, which we emailed to her. She responded with a curt voicemail and even stated that all of the questions we had were addressed in the contract, which was incorrect. (Example: the contract specified that takeup of old carpet was included, but we wanted to verify it included the cost of disposal as well).An email was sent specifically pointing out where our questions werent answered. Instead of assisting us, she left a brief email asking to call her the next day, despite specifically having been asked to address the concerns via email. After this, my husband informed her the back and forth wasnt working. We didnt have much confidence in Lorrie, so we asked to have her supervisor contact us. Instead of getting a call from a supervisor, we got a curt email that all of the information was addressed in the agreement, and perhaps they werent a good fit for us.She was right in that respect- we lacked confidence because we received nothing but attitude from this woman, and were denied when asked to speak to a supervisor because we felt that she had been unhelpful. Its not unreasonable for a customer to seek clarification on points, especially for a large job. Its apparent from the lack of response that our business doesnt matter to them. If you have questions about how they do their work, do not even bother with this place.

When we walked in we made it clear that we were looking at product to buy elsewhere for a home we purchased in another state. Lorrie Pike waited on us as if we were long-time customers buying a floor from her. She gave us ample advice and her expert opinion, was patient and helpful, and treated us like family. Is this not where you would want to buy your flooring? I would buy flooring from this establishment without hesitation. Thank you, Lorrie, for helping us out in a difficult situation.
