I got great service from R @ Z, they helped me get the truck I saw on car gurus and it was the cheapest one in the area . Mr. Jimmy and Mo, did what was needed to complete my Finance and made sure I was satisfied and happy. Vehicle had less miles and was in excellent condition.

Please be warned, this company only does Maryland Inspections, but wont install new air filters for their vehicles. They sold me a car with extremely bad air filters. They refused to reimburse me the difference for the cost of the filters and labor to install. I took the car to a license Mazda dealership to get fully inspected and verify the condition of the car.

It was off to a good start but after while things went left. They give you the run around on everything make promises they can’t keep and can be very unprofessional.I would not do business with them again...This is just my opinion !

If you fear smaller dealerships....DONT. After visiting 6 other dealerships of many sizes, this one was by far the best. From the customer service, to the selection AND quality of the cars available to the cleanliness of their environment. I purchased a 2005 Lexus from R & Z Auto Sales and was very satisfied with the car buying experience. Mo was my salesman and was very courteous and friendly. When I picked up my permanent tags I asked Mo how would I go about getting an additional remote key for my car. Mo called a local Lexus dealership and inquired about the key. Even though the parts department placed him on hold several times, and for several minutes, Mo persevered and was able to negotiate a good price for the remote key that included a dealer discount on the key. This is what I consider excellent customer service, and I have already recommended R & Z Auto Sales to several family members and friends.

Where do I start I brought a Volkswagen Passat from here 2 years ago and I stated to have problems with it I take it to the dealer and they tell me my timing chain needs to be fix only to have the car for two years wow not only that I go threw my warranty for it to be covered and now they call and says the engine is bad off that they sold me a lemon even tho I were getting my oil changes and maintenance on the vehicle so now I’m without a car and still owe a lot on the car where this done put me in a bad spot I have a car that I’m paying on and can’t even drive it 😭

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. Please check the offer before you accept because these people are finessing the system and sugar coating the loan so that you would sign off. This was a lesson learned for me. They told me I had to put down $500 and on the loan paperwork they put that I put down $3500 which I didn’t. They just tacked it on to the price of the car and now it seems almost impossible to get out of it. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

If I could give them zero stars I would. Of course like any used care dealership when I initially brought the car everything was fine and working (to my knowledge). I purchased the vehicle on February 19th. Of course it was cold so we had no use in the air conditioner. So May comes around and its hot and we turn on the air.. only hot air blows out. Okay fixable problem we figured so we call them take it to get fixed and they try to charge us $80 for a problem that shouldnt have been there since we just brought the vehicle not even 3 months ago. Skip past that, not long after we brought the vehicle it started to make a winding up sound as we drive, the window got off track, and the car wouldnt start up (this is only after having the car for 3 1/2 months). Very long story short, they didnt want to recognize the issues that the car already had prior to purchase, they wanted to charge us extra for things covered by our insurance/ warranty. And they do not cooperate well when its an issue with their business. I would not recommend going here. At all.

Just left R&Z Auto Sales. Great experience, great deal on a 2013 Honda Accord with a 40k mile bumper to bumper warranty. Met with Moe, Mike, Larry and Tavon. Great group of guys very helpful and willing to make a good deal. They pride themselves with great customer service. I would definitely recommend coming out to check these guys out.

The guys here are honest and really work to get you the best car for what you can afford. They dont try and let you get out with a car you cant afford. The cars I have bought here have all been in good shape and they stand behind whatever they promise.

I went to buy a car, next day it was gone because an employee bought it. They said I could have it back for $500 more than what they originally sold it for. Strike 1. I said no since there were other cars I liked there. I told the manager my budget and he recommended a car and refused to tell me the price until I looked. I agreed to look thinking he’d slide me a deal, but when I came back he told me it was double my budget. Strike 2. Then I looked at a 3rd car, got in to test drive it. I’m behind the wheel waiting for Bruce to come back with plates so I can drive. Bruce came out and asked me“are we getting your business today”I said maybe depending on how this drive goes and what a mechanic says.Bruce then took the keys out of the ignition and says. “Come back when you’re ready to buy a car” basically telling me to go home. Strike 3. My advice is. When u see the strikes. Get out. Glad I did. Two stars and not 1 because they were friendly.

This is a dishonest business using false advertising to lure customers. A 2013 Ford Focus (VIN 1FADP3F22DL288900) is being used to draw customers in. Beware! I wasted time scheduling an appointment to go there to test drive this vehicle. When I got there, after scheduling an appointment, talking to the salesman the day prior AND less than an hour prior to my arrival to confirm that I would be there, I was told when I arrived that the manager drove the Ford Focus home! Next I was grilled about how much I was willing to pay. It was advertised for $6995 but I was told they could not sell it for less than $7995 because that’s what they owe on it. I was also told that I would have to pay other fees on top of that. Really??? Bottomline, they weren’t interested in selling me that car! Do your research before wasting your time here!

Quentin the service technician is an experienced, knowledgable and an honest mecanic. He is thurough and explains any issues with your car and saves you alot of money on making unecessary repairs.
