Friendly and informal staff. They were very certain to make sure that everyone understood the safety precautions before they went out on the water. Me and my wife had a blast! Absolutely will do it again.

Me and my friend had reservations for a jetski rental on September 6th 2021. We had to wait 2 hours for the jetski to be ready due to lack of skis with mechanical issues. We had about 45 minutes out of the two hours rented to ride and have a good time before the engine started to overheat. (the intake was clear so it was clearly not the issue). When we went to check the intake the ski started to lose balance and we fell off. the jetski flipped and after immediately putting it back over, it could not keep balance we were no longer able to get on the ski. we waited about an hour before a passing boat was able to help us and tow us back to the dock. We were then charged another two hours for the time it took to get back to the dock. When I spoke to the owner the next day, he was very rude and said we were liable for the ski regardless of the mechanical issue it had and when I asked what would happen if there was harm to either one of us and he heartlessly answered, well thats what the liability insurance is for. Seriously?! How can you be that uncourteous to your customers. I would not recommend to anyone and will not be using them again.

Timing was great! The service was super awesome! I got lost at the end and they stayed calm and guided me back to the shop!Cant wait to plan the next trip!

I bought a used drysuit from these guys. At first I was hesitant to be honest.My entire experience was awesome!! They answered my questions in a timely manner, posted the Drysuit really quickly after payment and even send me a little extra gift.I will definitely be buying from them again.

The biggest test of any business is what they do when things go wrong, or when things dont go exactly right. The first time I was here, things did not go exactly right. But then the staff and the management went above and beyond to make things right and to work with me to give us not just an okay experience, but a fantastic experience.Long story short? If you go here, youre in good hands. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing time renting jet skis here! The jet skis were the best that we had ever rented and were in great shape. We had a huge area to ride in and even saw bald eagles. I had a ton of questions beforehand and received prompt replies each time. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the whole experience couldnt have been better. We plan to return often!

Ordered online, got. Great product, just as described! Came with original tags, fantastic quality semi dry suit. On top of that the customer service was fantastic, extremely responsive. They helped me change the shipping on my order and recommended a different size based on the feedback they had received. I would have never fit the smaller size so the recommendation was a life saver. Great experience!

I’m getting my scuba certification this summer, and as a college student I don’t have loads of extra money but I needed some basic gear for lessons. A wonderful lady helped me and gave me an amazing deal (wayy better than were I was taking the lessons from) that fit my budget by getting used great quality gear! Great service, selection, and extremely fair prices.

What a great experience from booking to the end of our lesson. Charles did an amazing job showing us the ropes of SUP Paddle Boarding. He was entertaining, knowledgeable and safe. We rented kayaks for a Fathers Day outing at Gunpowder Falls and couldnt have been happier with our experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The prices were reasonable, and the scenery was beautiful, including terrific bird-watching. We were also pleased with their safety procedures: rough weather was expected later in the day, so they asked us to check back in after our first hour to get an updated forecast before heading out for a second hour. (Happily, the weather held.) One last note for parents: though we happened to rent tandems, we were pleased to see that children ten and up are allowed to take single kayaks out when accompanied by an adult.

Reasonably priced, friendly and professional staff! Made for a nice day at the beach.

Eastern Watersports has been my entry point and connection to all things SCUBA since I became certified in 2013. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to Help me feel comfortable in the equipment I rent and purchase. Plus they offer some really great dive trips, Ive been to Cozumel and Belize with Eastern Watersports so far and I plan to do more! They are certainly my go-to place for SCUBA and would be the first place I turn for any kayak, canoe, standup paddleboard or other water sport needs.
