So many options it was hard to choose which chocolates I wanted to buy! The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and my mom and I were more than pleased with our purchase. The chocolate tasted amazing and the pecans were very fresh tasting. Will definitely stop in next time we are in MD!

$50 for a cup of ice cream, a milk shake and 3 chocolate treats. Ill start by saying I think Kilwins is extremely overpriced. I thought the ice cream flavors looked yummy and creative but nothing special enough to account for $10 ice cream. We walked in after having dinner at DDG, there was a family ordering and then a bunch of people standing everywhere. we got in line however the girl behind the counter decided to help another group that came in after us. We finally get to order and it was as if we were being rushed to order because she didnt want to serve us. I got a toasted coconut and cappuccino chip milkshake which was disappointing, the ice cream was still pretty hard and not really mixed well with the milk. $10 wasted...Overall, I would not recommend coming here...there are plenty of great ice cream shops that dont cost you so much and you would get better service.

First visit. No question this will satisfy any sweets craving. Free samples. Espresso, 4 scoop sunday; pb chocolate, rum raisin, apple pie. pistachio ice cream marshmallow and walnut topping. Will revisit soon.

Ive never devoured a caramel apple so fast!! You can tell everything is made with love - amazing homemade caramel!!

If you decide to visit, be prepared to spend a small fortune. $10 for 2 scoops of ice cream, and close to $2 a topping on top of that. All of that for just average ice cream. I could spend half that for a much better pint from a grocery store, or even better gelato just around the corner. Big disappointment.

I went in for some ice cream and I was happy with the flavor selection. I found it a little pricey, but Im always willing to pay extra for good ice cream. Except, this wasnt. It tasted like freezer burn throughout. I didnt enjoy it despite trying and felt like I wouldve done better with a pint from a grocery store.

Im giving it a three because my last experience was not great. I love the chocolates here they are superb I would almost say better than Godiva. However they have this one person there who really should not be working with customers because she does not speak up and shes doesnt explain things. I was getting ready to buy multiple Valentine day boxes with custom chocolates and I think I would have spent at least $100. The sign only talked to three sizes but the table had four different sizes of boxes. Heaven, who was tending to me didnt even know which box fit what quantity of chocolates. After I was halfway done filling my first box I noticed that 15 chocolates were not going to fit. Thats when she proceeds to tell me that I can only do truffles. Meanwhile, the sign doesnt say it and she didnt explain that either. At that point I didnt care, I just wanted good customer service. I would have been okay paying extra for custom chocolates, and maybe they could have offered me a bigger box so that I could get the chocolates I wanted in the box. However, she just stood there staring at me, not helping me and it gave me the impression that she was new so I asked, and her response was no. At that point I was extremely frustrated, I just needed her to be a little bit more accommodating and explain so that I could get the multiple boxes of chocolates that I wanted. But because she failed to provide customer service I left and I will probably not go back if shes the one working there.

Maryland mud ice cream was great! Lil pricey but worth it.

This place is perfect on a hot summer day. You can get a ice cream or a milk shake. It also has some very unique flavors. They place also has a large section of sweets as well.

I tried a Kilwins ice cream cake today. It was expensive for something that is merely okay. I will return to getting my ice cream cakes from the large chain with a variety of customizable flavours for 2/3 of the price for 2x the amount, and 10x better flavor. Not actually bad except for the top layer, but nothing in it was good either. Very disappointing.

I love Kilwins! They have the best chocolate in town and their ice cream flavors are amazing. The ice cream is probably the most favorable Ive ever had. The price is in general a little steep, but its very very good. The only thing that I havent liked there is the caramel apple as the apple was a little mushy. Im not sure if that was an isolated issue but I havent tried again

The Turtle Carmel apple was delicious my dark chocolate non perals were very delicious.Howevermy fudge was not... particularly the chocolate fudge. It was not set. I was basically given soft chocolate . After setting in the fridge the fudge was still soft almost like a dough. Which was upsetting. The peanut butter and the chocolate peanut butter were good. But also kind of soft... not sure what happened there.......

Went to get a peanut caramel apple but they were out so I had to settle on a pecan caramel. The pecan and caramel were delicious but the apple wasn’t that fresh. They had great friendly customer service. I will be back to try the peanut caramel apple.

Came here with my wife recently, and we bought some dark chocolate truffles for our walk back to our hotel. All I can say is that if we had stayed just one more day in Baltimore I would have bought every dark chocolate truffle that Kilwins had on hand, as they were absolutely delicious. So chocolatey and smooth. Yum!

This review is about the Fells Point location, and if I could give zero stars I would. I walked in to the shop to simply buy a caramel apple, when a woman came out of the back and told me to “come back in 15 minutes because she was eating”. Seriously? The door wasn’t locked and I’m pretty sure kilwalns doesn’t close for lunch. I used to come to this location weekly, but will never be back because of that service. Highly recommend a different location or store so that you don’t interrupt the woman’s lunch or dinner.

I visited Kilwins this weekend with a friend visiting from out of town where we not only sampled some of the best chocolates and treats Ive tasted, but also experienced exceptional customer service. Jordan greeted us and answered all of our questions and was an absolute delight, exuding a joy and exuberance that was contagious! I was very impressed and am happy to have found such a great spot for chocolate and ice cream!

We stopped here for some ice cream and fudge and we werent disappointed. We got the vanilla sea salt and caramel ice cream and the same type of fudge. The ice cream was really good, I would definitely recommend it, I think its on the wall saying its the most popular. The fudge was good to but it could use more caramel. If youre in the area and in the mood for ice cream definitely check it out.

If you like a 7.5$ one scoop too sweet ice cream then go for it!

OMG are you serious! You can get diabetes just walking past the windows of this store. Everything looked so amazing I did not know where to start I just knew I had to have something. It was a hot day was going to get ice cream, until I saw the fudge. And thats where everything went South. I ended up getting three slices of the fudge white caramel the chocolate turtle and the peanut butter. WOW, the plan was to share it with a few friends a little over a third didnt make it home. And as of yet none has been shared itll probably be finished tonight I bought it yesterday around 5 pm. Everybody was fantastic the guy let me sample some things it was an amazing experience I cant wait to take my sweet tooth back. Thank you!

Unfortunately I am not happy with my purchase ... My mother got a Carmel apple that she is completely satisfied with, but I purchased a slice of peanut butter fudge and (a week ago we were by the shop I didnt even know it existed, being that we were on the boats all day I only had $20 cash and used that on other things . So I made a special trip just to come back and get the fudge that looked amazing) it was just extremely sweet.. Like eating a bite of confectionery sugar with a tad bit of peanut butter :( maybe it was just that batch .. I will try again next time Im down that way but I wont be making any special trips because of this... I wouldnt have done a review but it was $12 now waisted so my review is to just let anyone who is looking for a very peanut buttery fudge to maybe try a sample first . Three stars because the staff was extremely adorable and pleasant and the place is spotless and so clean ... They do have a large amount of yummy treats to try out

The woman at the counter stared at me and almost rolled her eye at me when I wanted to taste the ice cream. She asked Are you gonna buy? ????? Of course, I intened to buy, but not without tasting it and with that attitude. Andway, after trying a few, which all tasted too sweet, I had one scoop of lemon sorbet, which was $6. However, after a few bite, I felt a strong plastic taste i had to throw it away.

We live in San Diego and needed a gift delivery to Mercy Hospital in Baltimore. I placed an order online and Kilwins took care of the rest. It was a pleasure shopping with them even from across the country. They beat the edible arrangement like options out there. Thank you again Kilwins for making the process so smooth.

Kilwins ice creams are superior to any other ice creams out there. They also have the best milkshake weve ever had (the ODB) and the second best (Triple Turtle Shake). Now you gotta be careful who makes it for you (Sam is the best!), as only a few of them really know how to make them (chunky, heavy on the bottom, with chocolate/caramel fudge drizzles on the cup).Service is pretty good overall. From time to time John will surprise you with some ice cream combinations to try and really cheer you up.Prices are a little steep but totally worth it, and they have a discount for Atlantic Station residents (with the A Card).Best place in Atlanta for ice cream.

Its a shame that this store could be better if it wasnt for the lack of attention to their coffee making process and service.My SO and I went to try the fudge bars and cookies and they were perfect, service was perfect, but when we ask for a cup of decaff coffee they said the did not have it...Fine, we said, lets get the regular, when we did, the coffee was weak, tasteless and lukewarm er like temps.Come on!! if you are selling cookies, cakes, or stuff like that, put an effort in offering a better coffee at least.Customer service was great though.

The chocolates are delicious but I walked in on a Wednesday and the staff told me I needed to hurry up and make a selection because they close at 9pm. I just checked the hours on Google Maps and it says 10pm closing time. Something is amiss.

After a day on the water taxi sweet shop was an afternoon delight ... Spotless and so cute, the store offers ice cream and in store made gourmet chocolates. A little pricey for my lil fella that likes plain vanilla ice cream, but my chocolate covered buttery caramels were to die for.

They have good ice cream. But didnt get to tri their chocolate. I would them higher if i tasted their chocolate

Fantastic Ice Cream, but the person that took care of us displayed the definition of terrible customer service. This person was absolutely rude. He basically threw the ice cream cups into our heads. He seemed as if he hated his job and that serving ice cream to customers was the most miserable task in the world. He did not show a single sign of happiness. It is a shame that such a great product was absolutely ruined by this one employee.

I was having such a bad day then I decided to go in kilwins. I had the pleasure to be served with so a great host named niya. She was very polite and helpful. I will be sure to come back again :)

I ventured to Killweins to get some frozen cream with my baddies. Little did I know that I would be greeted with a putrid sack of baby carrots named Linda. Let me tell you, this little stinker was an absolute embarrassment to frozen cream salespeople worldwide. My fingers were tumbling at the the thought of her little grimy fingers all over my beautiful waffle cone. The ice cream however, was absolutely amazing. It felt as if a baby giraffe was tickling my throat with its long slimy tongue. My body wasnt prepared for this assault on my taste buds, but boy was I glad that they were. I hope my wife and infant girl realize where daddy has been so much, Im so sorry honey, I love you with all my kidney.

Great service, so many treats to try, lots of flavors of ice cream, including some hard-to-find varieties. Place is spotless and staff are adorable and very nice.
