Searching for a particular piece of siding so I don’t have to stand on a later and paint the siding to match. Young lady took her time to find the company that sells my exact siding. She did not have to do that. Other siding companies just told me “ not our brand, I can’t help you”. Only place to shop for building supply. Great staff here.

I have never had such bad customer service as I have experienced withAllied Building Products at 501 N North Point Road in Baltimore, Md. My husband and I have been renovating our kitchen and have received wonderful customer service from companies like, 84 Lumber and Home Depot. We ordered sliding glass doors from Allied and when I spoke to Josh about delivery, he told me, your doors will be delivered in the morning. Two out of four doors showed up late and Josh told me he would look for my doors in the warehouse and call me as soon as he located them. He never called and never returned my calls. I told my husband that he needed to handle this company because I was not receiving very good customer service. When my husband was able to speak to Josh, the first thing he said was, Finally, we get to speak man to man. Josh told my husband he would send the two missing doors in a week. We waited while our contractors were held up again. The doors finally arrived damaged. Josh has not contacted us regarding the damaged doors so my husband and I went to Home Depot and have 4 new doors in our home. I just want my money back from Allied Building Products and decent customer service would be appreciated.

Ohhh!! This place was incredibly helpful! We were in a jamb and needed a single piece of specialty siding. They matched it (mind u, the PC was pretty old and original) and ordered it for our customer ....couldnt have gone any better! The ladies were very customer service oriented. A real plus considering todays usual customer service in Bmore leaves lots to be desired, rite!?Real pleasant experience here

Had a roof done half is shingled and half is flat we had both roofs done in 2018 first of all when my roof was finished we came home to all kinds of debris all over my yard and drive way to include nails i took pictures and sent them to this company they sent someone to clean it up then the next thing that happens just a month ago I am walking a street away and see my shingles blowing off the roof so again we called they sent someone out to fix the problem a a couple a weeks later Im looking at my roof and the rubber membrane which by the way is supposed to be torched down is standing up blowing away, I called again which I was told they dont cover their work on the flat roof so here I sit and will have to contract out my roof again.
