I had an appointment with Danielle and Kat 10.27.21 and the experience was great! Danielle made me feel comfortable, gave me room to browse, and talked me through the whole way. Kat was very professional in providing suggestions and working with the designer to get the dress I wanted (not pictured). I have a February 2022 wedding so I am on a time crunch. When they brought the veil and headpiece I knew I had to have it. I thought I was spending a ton but they broke things down for me. Thank you both again for making the experience so amazing.

Modeling for Elite Secrets Bridal has truly been a dream come true. The ESB team has such great customer service while also making the experience fun. I had the best time today at my friends dress fitting. The dresses we’re gorgeous the ladies who assisted us with the dress were so sweet and personable I felt like they were our old friends we hadn’t seen in years. I had a VIP experience at Elite Bridal! It was a lot of fun! The ladies I brought with me got to do a fun game, music was jamming (lots of dancing going on), snacks and drinks were provided, I’m not an alcohol drinker so they accommodated and made sure I had a non alcoholic beverage to still make me feel special. Where do I start! This bridal shop is more than I expected! Kat and Michaela were absolutely amazing they listened to everything I wanted and met my needs! I ordered my dress March 1st & didn’t receive it until June 17th & the employees & owner was aware of the Date i needed my dress which was June 25th & i had to be measured twice & the dress needed major alterations & when i tried the dress on the employee forced the zipper up & it split & the seamstress took it to her house & they had me running around going back & forth to the seamstress house inconveniencing me & the owner tried to charge me $175 for their mistakes & i informed them i was not told about fees for alterations, if thats the case i wouldn’t have had it done & she wanted to go back & forth with me & hung up on me & the owner name is Latonya & she is very nasty & ruined & talks down to people I’m very upset & angry because i paid like $150 for the dress & the seamstress tore my dress up the zipper is sticking out & the dress is all open nothing is sewn down, i tried to get a refund & the owner said no after she told me i could if i had to find another dress she would give me my money back & the employees & herself said they expedited the order but that was a lie & THERE WAS NO ACCOMMODATIONS FOR INCONVENIENCING ME, I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! BE AWARE OF THE OWNER & HER SCAMS!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Get the VIP Elite experience: it was spectacular and worth every penny. Michaela helped our bride find the perfect dress and she was entertaining and knowledgeable. Taunya was a super helper and kept our glasses filled. We had a group of 5 and we all enjoyed this 2 hour stress-free experience.

My daughter, the bride, had scheduled the appointment at Elite. I honestly did not expect that we would end up buying a dress there. We actually had another appointment later that day with a larger more well known store. The staff at Elite were so pleasant,attentive and knowledgeable. I really liked the small boutique feel. Tonya took the time to get to know me and what I wanted to feel like on my wedding, and was so wonderful to work with. She provided the perfect mix of suggestion and space to allow me to try on different styles and speak up when I wasnt feeling something she suggested. Though I didnt find my dress, the entire appointment was fun and free from pressure. I highly recommend you make an appointment!

These wonderful ladies! Covid was in full swing when I went wedding dress shopping so I couldn’t bring many people. They set up a zoom for my other people and were so accommodating and made everything about me. My parents couldn’t travel to every fitting so when I video chatted my mom, they’d hold the phone, talk with her, and show her all the angles.

Michaela was absolutely amazing in helping me search for the perfect dress. Everyone in the store was welcoming and great to myself and the rest of my crew!

I am SUPER indecisive and since I started looking for dresses I was stuck in beat the dress mode. Well who knew that during my visit to Elite Secrets Bridal would put an end to it?! I not only found MY dream wedding gown, I also found an amazingly beautiful gown for the reception as well.Upon arrival, both Michaela and Kat were so welcoming and Michaela was super helpful with the whole process. She got along well with my sister and mother and myself (and were all very different! lol). She gave me the time to really feel and examine each dress I tried on and helped me narrow down what I liked.
