Never has been an welcoming store. Thank God other hair stores exist. They still have original pricing from several years ago. Definitely not for going back.

The prices on some of these products is outrageous. i’ve seen lower prices at other supply stores. a larger variety but the pricing is higher

Located right by Food Depot and Forman Mills, they have regular staff that is a willing to assist you with buying everything from hair care supplies to weaves. They even have people who will restore synthetic and human wigs. They have an array for supply for natural and relaxed hair.

When all stores close to my area don’t have what I need this is my go to hair store. The girls in the back that help with wigs are awesome. They help me find a nice wig for my birthday for my budget. I recommend this store for all hair needs. Has a huge variety of everything.

This place is amazing! They have the best selection of Braiding hair, wigs that I have seen in quite some time! The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help you! Never really have what Im looking for. Most of their ponytails are shabby. I go sometimes because its convenient right around the corner from my home. But when I feel like going to my best hair store. I take the ride. Need better quality of hair for the prices they are asking for.

There was a guy there that used to help me out alot.He knew where ever thing was located and if you need something he would order it. Leroy was the best always there working.Now its a mess they be in there playing etc u cant get anyone to help and hey they dont even know anything about hairI go to other places now .they should never t have let him go

From the moment you enter the door security is eyeballing you as if youre stealing. Great products, but the prices are insanely high. And when asked a question, they will assist you. Overall, too pricey but selection is good.

Worst beauty supply ever! They cut the bundles thats good and the rest of the hair is trash. If you want quality and good service then do not go here. Ive been coming here for a year and now I refuse to go there again. They wouldnt give me my money back for some horrible hair they sold me. I wasnt even out the package and it was tangling already. Worst place ever!

Love this hair store its huge and it has nearly every hair product you could ever need. Carts are available for those who have to bring their toddlers so that was a plus for me as well. Parking is available seeing as though it is located in a shopping center.

The worst customer service.Dont try to return anything.. just keep it moving. Prices are double than what is online. Save your money and buy your wigs online

My neice had her hair that she bought (which was very expensive and had to be specially ordered) styled and cut for the prom done at The Upscale Beauty Shop. It was an older female beautician who fixed her hair. She hated it! After waiting along time to get her hair done she was ready to sit in the chair and get the georgous hair style she chose for her prom later that night. She explained to the lady over&over that the hair style that the beautician had just finished wasnt the style she wanted and looked nothing the picture. My neice was so upset and hated the way her hair looked. She was now running late to have her makeup done because of asking the beautician to fix her hair how she wanted it. She went straight home and started cutting her hair here & there where it was uneven. She then had to restyle her entire head of hair. She was behind schedule even more now because she had to cut & restyle her own hair. I thought that her hair looked awful. It was uneven and not the style that she asked for (even though a picture of the hairstyle was shown to the beautician)! We were unhapy with the whole experience and will not be going there again.
