Big store has some of everything

They followed me around the store and blocked the doorway. They also got mad because the male owner doesnt speak clear English and he didnt understand what I said even though I spoke clearly and repeated myself clearly 3 times. Nice products. Terrible, scary, unsafe atmosphere. Prices slightly higher than nearby competition.

The staff was rude..the lady followed me around the store as if i was goin to steal something. They didnt have exact product that i was looking 4 so i tried looking for an alternative. While i read different product ingredients and looked at different jars and bottles she kept asking⅝ me what you want what u looking 4. I showed her a picture of the product and she said oh we dont have this one and im like..clearly, thats y ive been looking at all this other stuff but she was like u can leave...u can go now. Then she started to make me feel rushed af after that. The whole experience was really bad which surprised me because they didnt used to act like that.

I would give Scotts more stars but the lady follows you around the whole store and some of the stuff is over price

I bought 100 dollars worth of stuff there and I live on the other side of town...they would not let me exchange...its not on their receipts that you cant exchange...I will never patron there again..
