Love, Love, Love, this beauty supply store. Very spacious, has everything you need. The Workers at Hollins Beauty are very welcoming and polite. Positive energy, very helpful and generous.The husband and wife are always offering discounts, they make sure you have a good experience when shopping with them.

I initially went to beauty 1 on Washington Blvd but they are rude, high priced and distrustful of all black people. Hollins was a completely different experience and will be my go to local hair store from here on out. The staff are great, friendly and will speak to and around you in English. Would highly recommend.

The best hair store on the south side

Dont leave your door open and unlocked to keep harassing me about whether or not Im using cash and telling me you are CLOSED as I walk in the door (in absence of a hello, closing in 5 minutes, or thank you for shopping) at 754pm to purchase 3 packs of wooden beads and go on about my night. Poor customer service and I will spread the word about your rudeness and advise people who have the means and transportation to SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE where its APPRECIATED.

This is the best place to get hair supplies. The owners are knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they dont have something let them know and they will get it for next time. They are welcoming and patient. I dont go anywhere else.

I have visited several beauty supply stores over the years. They are usually Asian owned unless its one of the large chains. This one is Asian owned and the people are owners are nice. They were oddly kind. I am so used to the Asians owners being cold and mean but not this store and not these people. The selection is large, they are willing to help, they talk to you like you are a person. Its a community store. The patrons to the store were also friendly. It reminded me of when I lived in Georgia. Stereotypes. . . . Ha! I visited several times before reviewing. I wanted to make sure this was not just coincidence. Well its the aberration. Other stores can learn from this one.
