I invited Kolher representative to come to my home for a free estimate on a conversion tub to shower . They began with $27,000 cost for a shower. We talked awhile, I told them I didn’t like the price, we began negotiating. When I said I didn’t want to pay a certain amount, Brian said” I didn’t come all the way down here to leave here without a deal” very arrogantly.Mind you, I asked for a free estimate. My friend was here and realized I was totally against getting anything from Brian. My friend decided to put $500 down on a bid for $18,000. I signed the papers with the understanding I had 3 days to cancel.I told my son about the experience and he said don’t get it.Gina called and came by Wednesday. She could not convince me to go with the order. Her last words to me was” Your son is going to wait until you die so he can keep your money”.I love Kholher products, but I will never buy anything from this company.Your sales reps need to take a lesson on customer services.

My husband and I walked into the Baltimore showroom to browse and ended up purchasing Kohler products for our triple bathroom renovation. The showroom is beautiful with a functioning shower display. The service provided by Debbie Mills is fantastic. She’s professional, efficient and highly expert, curating a package in one morning which would have taken us weeks to months to figure out on our own. Melissa at the Baltimore Kohler Store has been amazing at helping us plan our the remodels of our new homes bathrooms. She is highly knowledgeable about the products and we learned a lot. She was extremely patient with us as we asked questions and very responsive. Overall, working with Melissa has been outstanding.

The showroom is amazing, but the staff were even better. Justin and Bryon were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They helped navigate us through our first remodel project. HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment with Justin and Bryon for all your kitchen and bathroom needs! This was by far our best experience, the level of service was outstanding from start to finish.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but the service I received from Debbie Mills at the Kohler Signature Store in Baltimore was so good that I wanted to be sure to let everyone know. I bought a cast iron enameled sink from Debbie and everything went as planned during the ordering process and delivery. After the sink was delivered to my house, I didnt open it right away because we werent yet ready to install it. When I finally opened it almost a month later, there was a large blemish on it. I called Debbie and she immediately went into action and within minutes she had found another sink in my chosen color and she had it shipped to my house within a few days. Her wonderful service allowed my kitchen install to continue without delays. I highly recommend the Kohler store and especially Debbie Mills!

We began a bathroom renovation in January and if it wasn’t for Debbie Mills, I don’t think we could have ever completed this project. COVID caused a lot of delays and complications and than I met Debbie Mills! She was so patient, talented and overall incredible to work with! We had everything we needed ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET. As an added bonus, we discovered at the last minute we needed an additional part -ONE CALL- and it was delivered in 24 hours. Throughout the entire process both my client and I have been treated with respect and kindness. This location, and their amazing staff (Debbie is awesome) coordinated our renovation of four bathrooms in our home. First, they BEAT the prices we found elsewhere online, including Amazon. Then they housed all the fixtures, sorted by room, and had them delivered to our door as we needed them. This is first class service and I recommend them absolutely.

We did a complete remodeling of a row house in DC. It was a long drive to get to this store but it turned out to be the best decision. The store itself is great and there are so many options. We found Cheryl a real pleasure to work with and always helpful. When she wasnt available other members of the team were always willing to assist. We had a few issues with our contractor and Cheryl helped in a number of ways (many thanks!). We love the Kohler products and are would highly recommended both them and the store!

Went to the store a month ago . Spent 2 hours looking around with assistance from a sales person. Was promised an estimate within 2 days. Never received the estimate. The salesperson was given phone numbers and email addresses which to contact me. If you can’t deliver the estimate you can’t deliver good service.

Jeanette assisted us, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store had a nice selection and layout.

Debbie was extremely patient with me and I enjoyed my experience.

Thos Somervilles Kohler store is a must visit if you want to get eyes on some incredible displays to spark your creativity. The sales team is very professional and knowledgable about all the Kohler brand products. Byron and Justin were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Kohler showroom is very upscale. The products are beautifully displayed in kitchen and bathroom environments.The manager and staff are true professionals. If you are looking for premium plumbing fixtures or just ideas this is the place for you.

Horrible service by Justin stark. He literally yank the print out pricelist from under my armpit while I was on the phone. Gave me printout of pictures of the products WITHOUT tbe description or the price for me to order. Since Justine didnt know what those pictures were either, he gave me the next print out which consisted of pictures and description of the products WITHOUT the price and for me to order from that. I asked for another saleman and he said it was NOT possible eventhought I was very uncomfortable buying products from him. He did eventually left and came back saying there was not any other saleman available to take his place. It looks like he is really desperate for a sale commission, being very rude, and hiding the prices from the customer. Not sure how long he had been working as a saleman and that is not the right attitude to treat a buying customer at the store.
