Love the food and the customer service. I have been coming here for the past 8 years and they are very consistent. The prime rib sandwich was fantastic! I ordered it with extra meat!!

Prices Change every time you go in there. The help is rude and clueless. They are unwilling to take care of the customer, and there is no way to reach the manager or owner. Not worth the trouble. And, if you place an order for a hot item at a designated pickup, it’s cold!!!

Ive been coming here for over a year now. The bagels have always been excellent. Recently, Ive been getting the breakfast specials and have been a big fan.

If you havent been - you need to go!! I order daily for an office during this covid time and i cant tell you enough how organized and prepared this team is! The pastrami bagel sandwich I had exceeded my expectations! The pastrami was fresh, heated, and tasted amazing! The bagel was toasted to perfection. I would absolutely return to try different menu items, and I highly recommend visiting to purchase bagels in bulk!

I don’t know what’s worse, the food or the service. Bagels are dry with no flavor and unnecessarily flat. Also tried their burger which was over cooked, under seasoned, and falls apartStaff behind the counter are apathetic. Service is reasonably fast. Would go anywhere else

I got 6 bialys which they called flats. Growing up flats used like 2-3 bialys and were the size of a small pizza. $2.99 each. If I knew they were that overpriced I would have only got 3.I grew up with the bagel shoppe and Joan and Garys. Miss them.

We are always looking for a new bagel place. We got excited this lazy Sunday to see it listed on Door Dash. We ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and a half dozen bagels.The thing that blew mind mind: the bagel on one of the sandwiches was burned. It’s surprising that someone even wrapped up the sandwich and sent it on it’s way. It was funny too because the bagel on the other sandwich clearly wasn’t toasted at all.In times like these when restaurants are dependent on delivery and carry out, it is very telling that a place would allow burned food to get served.I guess the search continues!

My go-to place for gluten free bagels and amazing cream cheese!

Very appealing options on the menu with lots of variety. Ive gotten avocado toast there and an omelette and loved both.. be sure to check out the chocolate truffle coffee they always have brewing, soo good. The owner, Mo, is very personable and offers excellent customer service as well. Love this place!

I am glad your you tube video was more important to watch while I stood there in line until u finished...my order was wrong and the parts that were correct were not good at all.. ham egg and cheese with barely any meat...bagels were not toasted and served cold...never coming back... we miss Courtneys already!!!

Delicious bagels, and great people

Food, service, and building cleanliness were very good. On the morning I went I just happened to be there when they just opened for the day and the chef was late to work. Couldnt place get anything until they showed up. Im understanding and realize everyone has one of those mornings from time to time. Overall, I recommend it.

Nice cafe to get fresh, hot bagels in the morning! They have a large selection to choose from. I ordered a dozen for a meeting and the price was reasonable. Ive never had anything else from here so I can speak on it. But it seems to be a great place to relax and get a bite to eat.

For a small, unpretentious cafe, this place is excellent. I loved my panini with turkey breast, goat cheese and mango chutney. And my poppy seed hamentaschen was delicious.

The ambiance is very nice. However, I’m not a huge fan of Styrofoam cups. They damper the whole experience by reminding me that my 1 time meal just created trash that will exist long after my time on earth has ended.

We enjoyed our experience and food was great. The prices are reasonable. The owner is great guy and the service was fast.

This breakfast place had NO half and half for coffee and seemed to not care. Bagels are served and cream cheese must be purchased separately! I ordered breakfast with bacon. Barely cooked turkey bacon was served. They serve no pork. Servers had attitude. My last visit to this non customer pleasing dump.

What a treat! My finace and I were in town for a wedding that she was in the bridal party for. I generally have to drop her off somewhere early in the morning for these events and like to treat myself to a delicacy that southern Maryland (Charles County) hasnt yet embraced.... A bagel with cream cheese. I called the night before to see if they made salt bagels (once very popular, but not so much in a more health-minded world). The manager said yes but only a limited number. He took my name and that was that. I went in this morning (7:30am) and was greeted by a friendly young man behind the counter. When I asked about salt bagels he said oh you must be Julius. I normally only make two of these for two of our regulars but today I made four. I enthusiastically bought the two extra. They were delicious! Great bagels! Great cream cheese! Great customer service! Great experience. Makes me wish I lived closer.

Great place to eat. However, google does not have the correct time for opening, and the store says it will open at 6:30 (Google said 6am) and it is now 6:40, the doors have not opened. I called, no answer.Turns out the cashier wasnt there, it happens. But this is a really great place.

They played a suggestive music video with women rubbing themselves naked and men filming while I was in the restaurant and didnt turn it off or change the channel even after I asked them to. A child was there while this was going on. The bagels where just ok. Never going back, very inappropriate scene.

This was my first time coming to this Bagel Shop and maybe the last.I bought half a dozen bagels and cream cheese and the cream cheese dates 2/21 is molded - not visible from the top. I called them and someone disconnected my call and I called immediately back and no answer.

Great service! Very friendly but food was horrible!!! Ordered the egg and cheese on a bagel and I couldnt eat it! No flavor at all, texture of the bagel was rubbery and I didnt know that was possible! Also ordered hashbrown type of side that again had no flavor or seasoning. They offered to remake the food but we declined since the food was so bland. First time there and very disappointed

I take my employees here 1-2 times per month. Food is always the right temperature whether hot or cold. Customer service is great!

This place knows their stuff but they were terribly busy with customers when we arrived on a Sunday morning. Good staff and good food but the wait during our visit was a bit bothersome.

Placed an order on foot about 20 minutes ago, paid. Came back for it and the place was closed. Two employees SAW ME standing there and knocking and completely ignored me. Another person stopped by and noted the hours said they close at 8. He knocked really hard on the door to get their attention so they finally came to open the door. The cashier (man) proceeded to tell the person to shut the F**k up. REALLY. THAT JUST HAPPENED.I asked for the manager but they told me he had left 5 minutes ago. Food for thought, people. NEVER COMING BACK and will discourage my friends and family who like this place.

My coworkers and I recently visited your new location in Owings Mills. We ordered breakfast to take back to my office. When I sat down to eat I notice you forgot to put the egg on my sandwich. Ok, no problem being you are new I would give you a break. However, my coworkers order was incorrect too. When we called to tell you about our issues you put me on hold. After you never came back to the phone I hung up. If this is how you run your business my friends and I will not be returning.

I have been here a number of times and have started to notice the lady in the back doesnt wear her gloves half the time when shes putting together my food. Ive stared her down but it didnt help. Also the coffee is very bland/had bits of beans in it when you pour it anddd the food is bland as well. Dont get the bacon, egg, and cheese. Drive directly to Dunkin, pay less and be happier with a wake up wrap and some coffee that has taste to it.

They have a good selection of desserts and of course bagels. The coffee Ive gotten there was good, and the few times Ive gotten a quick dinner there it was good also.

The bagels were flat, and partly broken into pieces, additionally there was way too much cream cheese. We got an asiago cheese bagel, which tasted fine but wasnt the best, and a sesame bagel which like the asiago, was ok but not great. I would go if there was nothing else in the area open, but other than that, I do not plan on going back.

Food is horrible. I got a veggie wrap. The wrap was stale and hard. There was no hummus on it and they gave me 5 chips. Just laziness. I won’t be going back.
