My brother David told me he had been using US Automotive for years. David said the manager treats you like family, the repairs cost are reasonable and the mechanics does excellent work. All the statements were so true.I was charged almost half the price from the first price given to me to repair my Chrysler 300.The manager Mardo was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with the car and everyone I spoke with on the phone was very friendly.My car rides like a brand new car.A big shout out to all who played a part in all the repairs done to my car.Customer for life.Really appreciate, Annie

HORRIBLE car wash with no soap and barely any drying. On top of that HORRIBLE customer service where they refused to refund me for this travesty of a car wash. WOULD NEVER go to again and I implore anyone considering a wash here to think twice.

Second time here, and the high quality service has been consistent. With the COVID-19 pandemic, they were very serious about preventing further spread through wiping down contact surfaces and utilizing protective covers (seat, steering wheel). Was in for rotors and brake pads to resolve a vibration while braking. They confirmed the cause, and with the lighter than average workload (thanks to the quarantine/isolation), had the job done very quickly. Wife is happy and able to continue her commute as a nurse. I called two days in advance to schedule an oil change on a Saturday morning. I went in at my scheduled time, and they were not even open. I waited around for 15 minutes, and still no one showed up. I talked to the guy in the attached convenience store, but he said he had no knowledge of the shops workings. Dont waste your time with this place.

I have used US fuel Automotive for both my personal and work car. Every time I used the shop my cars were done on time, at a fair price and repair correctly. They are honest and only recommend what is need to keep your car running safely.

The shop owner/manager is a lovely human with a great sense of humor. He is honest and helpful. He explains everything that is going on with your car, as do all of the mechanics. He believes in equality, which is evident in his hiring practices. He will make time for your repair when you NEED it done. He provides guarantees on the work of his shop. His prices are great, and he works with you to make sure you know all the options and the benefits/detriments of each. He never recommends work that you dont need.The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable, theyll even give you a ride home and then pick you up when your car is ready (at least if you live close to the shop).I will NEVER go to another shop as long as they are open.

This is far the best shops i every went too. not only do they fix your car with excellent service, they have reasonable price and they will education you on your car, and explain so that you could understand the problems that is going on. they are like family and i can truth them with out being lied to me like other bad shops do all the time. i give them 10 stars for there great services.

I went to US Fuel Automotive for a oil change. The service was quick. They even found a screw under my hood to keep my headlights in place that Ive been looking for, for over 3 months. Now my headlights are good to go. I do reccomend them for all your car repair needs.

Fixed my Mustang alternator, and found the ground wire that was loose faster, and cheaper than anyone else would.

First time taking a vehicle to have some service done. Had previously gotten an estimate to just have belts replaced, but after running into an issue with a repair I was doing myself, opted to have them do the rotors, brakes, and replace a broken stud (my fault, apparently had a cross threaded lug nut and it sheared off).Dropped off Monday evening, had a call Tuesday afternoon to confirm the work, job completed by about 4:00 PM. Was pleasantly surprised by their pricing, having expected a charge. Their invoice breaks out the work, they have great labor rates and their parts are priced close to what I would get shopping around (i.e. no big mark ups).Since moving to the area late 2017, have stopped their for gas frequently to/from work, having very competitive fuel prices. Based on this repair, believe I have found my go to mechanic shop too.
