I just went to Just Tires this morning. Mr. Chris Whetstone serviced me. He recognized that I had a certain urgent to get a single tire replaced so I could head out of town, and he said he would do it on the spot. Hes really warm and friendly, and a good reason why I would not hesitate to return.

This is the only tire store I use for all of our Family vehicles and we currently have 3 cars. The service and professionalism offered by the Leadership Team here is friendly and and second to none. They’re both competent and proficient. I don’t feel comfortable going anyplace else.

Chris at Mr Tire on 6421 Reisterstown Rd had excellent customer service I had 2 vehicles needing alignment had both in and out in less than 3hrs!!

Max did a great job replacing my tires and doing an oil change.

Scheduled oil change/brake pads, dropped off car. hour later got a call stating they were sorry it was metal on metal/needs new rotors and brake pads. I disputed. They said theres nothing to put the pads on. Instructed to just do oil change. Picked up/Chris had head down and older guy w/glasses handed me a folded up receipt (stating in the red)took my car to the dealer and had just brakes pads done. 2nd time they pulled this stunt! Used to be reputable. No wonder two new tire places in same block now. RUN AWAY! Name should be changed to Just LIARS!!! I am going to inform the BBB as well!!! Its a shame to take advantage of people!!! DISHONEST!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went there to have them help me fix my tire because I had hit a curb and and my tire got flat. They told me they couldnt fix it cause my side was cut, so I bought a brand new tire. I didnt know it at the time but they put the new tire on the wrong wheel and just added air to the flat tire. I get on the 83 beltway and the same tire got flat again cause they didnt replace it, I got into an accident and now my car is totaled. I thank God that all I suffered was a little whiplash. Long story short they dont know what they are doing please stay away.

Went in on a sunday with 3!!! Nails in my rear tire. I usually plug them myself, but they were too close in proximity for plugging. They changed my tire in under a half hour. Plus they have so many tire options and price options all in stock. Super nice service people, very courteous. And the best part was that I walked in, on a sunday no less. One of the few places that is actually true to their name. They got me out of a tough spot.

They changed my tire. The TV in the waiting room was on an interesting channel. It couldve been better, couldve been worse. So ok it is.

Today I came to this location for a tire repair. It was very quick and I was shown the issue before repairing my tire. Made me feel secure that I could trust these guys. Customer service is great, will definitely return for more business!

If I can give this place a zero stars... I came in one morning to get my tire patched. I was told that I had four people in front. I can leave my car and I would be called when it was fixed. Four hours later my car wasnt seen yet. I said no problem how much longer maybe an hour from the manager. Two more hours passed i got my husband to dropped me off because i thought my car was fixed. Six hours later and my car was just being hooked up. Of course we were livid. It takes less than an hour to patch a tire. I never got service due to the laziness of these people. Stay away.

These guys found me a great deal on tires for my cars, just had 4 tires installed and love them so far! Will be back with other cars for tires! Great customer service from everyone!

It took 1 hour to diagnose i needed a nee tire after I told them i want a nee tire. It took another 40min to change. Then $149.51 just for 1 TIRE. Please dont go here. Its pathetic. This tire better be made of MichelinGold

THIS SHOP HAS BECOME ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN SERVICE AND QUALITY CARE OF A VEHICLE. IT TOOK ALMOST 4 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND DIAGNOSTIC AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY HAD COMPLETED THE JOB THEY FORGOT TO DO THE OIL CHANGE AND DIDNT RESET MY CAR TO SHOW I HAD THE OIL CHANGE. THE TECH I SPOKE TO TODAY WHOSE NAME IS [ANDRE] WAS SO NASTY - ILL TEMPERED AND ATROCIOUS I COULDNT LET IT GO AND SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO HE TRIED TO TALK OVER AND FINALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER ASKED HIM FOR THE THIRD TIME PLEASE BE QUIET! THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT ASAP!

This place is as slow as molasses on a cold January morning. I went in one morning looking to get 1 tire replaced. I was told to leave it and come back in 4 to 6 hours. Looked in the shop and parking lot and there were only working on 1 car so how would it take over 4 hours to replace a tire? Your business name is Just Tires for crying out loud!!! But I digress, so I opt to come back another day. I come back a few days later right as they open guaranteeing I was first in line. And you know what I was told? To come back in 6 hours. How on earth does just tires Take that long to change 1 tire? How have you not figured out a way after all these years to have a speedy, efficient tire changing process. To make matters worse they put on the wrong siz| tire causing me to come back and? You guessed it, had to come back in 6 hours. Just a pathetic display, I will never return

Been to Just Tires twice in the past 12 months. Had a ton of work done that cost me a grip but Chris helped me out with a few discounts to lighten the load. They even offered in-house financing. Definitely my go to place for new tires.

I dont understand how this place got good ratings. They are close to where I live so I have gone here a few times. But every single time I have come across extremely rude people, very bad customer service, and waiting forever for the simplest of jobs. Thats it! Im done. Would rather drive to a place far away.

This place is horrible! 0 stars of I could! 4 cars waited in line for an hour for the owner to just shut the garage door on us with no explanation. And then when we asked him why he didnt say anything he started talking about how much money he has and that he doesnt need our service. How rude! This place needs to be shut down since he doesnt need us. Dont go there. There are plenty of other places in this area!

I recently had my car towed here due to the fact it was not running properly. I had a diagnostics test completed, I was told several issues were wrong with my car & that 1 out of 3 issues were the transmission issue, but I was never told exactly what the other problems were that was being fixed. I assumed that they fixed transmissions because I was told that my car was being fixed on & that they were waiting on parts to come. After 3 days of keeping my car I called once again. I was told that they couldnt fix my transmission problem and refereed me to Aamco After they fixed my car minor issues that had nothing to do with my car not running. Fast forward remind you I was not told what the other problems were until. I arrived I was charged a total of $1200 including bs like abs brake system, throttle, spark plugs etc . The principal is they manage to get $1200 out of me and my car still not fixed starting to believe my car was never worked on! I just forked over $1200 to get minor things fixed on my car that had nothing that had to do with my car not running. Now I am out of a vehicle and $1200! Women if you dont know anything about cars please leave this stuff for a man to handle! Why would I get my car towed knowingly, just to pay $200 for abs sensor not rational!

Clown on the phone said “bring it in and have some patience” when kindly asked how long the tire change would take. Overpriced at $670 for 4 tires cheap tires and an alignment. Took my car to J’s tires on Canton ave and they did me up in no 15mins for a truly great price. Dip**** on the phone costing this owner money as I was ready to do business here cause it was close, either way nasty service on the phone means nasty service in the store.
