The best shop for auto body and repair in the Baltimore. Very reasonable price, and friendly service. Omar was very quick to respond and he took care of my car the moment i was in there to get a repair. He was very updated with all the issues related to the car and he helped me out big time within my budget. Great location, friendly staff, and quick service. Also great on price as well. I will recommend Omar to anyone and will be coming back to the shop anytime i need work. Very professional and humble guy.

My vehicle, 2016 Chrysler Town and Country touring mini-van was purchased after used as rental. It was like new with minimal mileage. It was damaged in crash - right light, bumper and fender. I drove my vehicle to Z Motors for repair during the 1st week of November. Did not receive it back until January 13. I did receive a rental at Z Motors expense. The son is personable. The father can be a bit much. When I finally received my vehicle, so many things were wrong.First, it was filled with dirt and dust. I had a terrible respiratory attack which lasted for weeks. Documents in glove compartment missing, including vehicle manual. When the fob turns in ignition, it sounds like old pans hitting together. While driving sounds like racing car. 1 roof light does not work. Other roof light does not work well. Roof light from back to front not properly replaced. Passenger side custom mat missing (still waiting to be called to pick up replacement). Tray behind center console missing. Engine mound knocks while driving. I am writing this review because today I needed to change a tire but realized the tool is missing.

I always get the best service from this shop. My sunroof was damaged causing water to leak into the car. They fixed it and did the oil change, very reasonable! I came back to get my routine oil change in and out!
