Very poor customer service. Heres a folder of what we did & find your car outside after you return rental with no one explaining anything to you. (Enterprise girl barely look up from social media to do her job) like what do i want eyes without saying anything.. how can I help you or anything ... she looks over my rental to return...I ask her where my car was.... her response.i work for enterprise not let me show you who would have that info...i find car.. drive away... tire pressure light on.. drive back.. they never reset new sensor. Cross your ts guys! Now Im here for 2hours when you said my car was ready! And they dont even have machine to do it... have to go down the street. I feel bad for my actual adjuster who was nice and whose first day it was when they finally got him to speak to me,( after I came back) I hope you find a better place where they tell you your client is here so you can properly do your job. Seems like a lot of wasted time and employees that do least possible expected of them. I hope I dont have to come back.
The staff was friendly and extremely informative about the process regarding my cars repairs. They also assisted me with a rental car and retrieving my personal items from my vehicle. All this in less than 30 mins.
Very clean and organized. Mermaids, the receptionist, is friendly, efficient and an asset to the company.

I would give 5 stars, but their communication to customers could use some improvement. My car looks great, and Mina at the front desk is a sweetheart, and they’re going to let me bring my tag in to put it on my car for free (I forgot it when I brought my car in post accident). I was told by my adjuster it would be ready the 6th or 7th which it was, but I received only one customer email from them that said it would be ready on the 13th. Thankfully, I had called a few times and was able to pick my car up on the 7th, after it was finished. When I called after getting the email saying it would be another week, I was told my car was already almost completely finished. If I hadn’t called I don’t know how long my car would’ve sat done on the lot. For people who are renting cars in the interim our of pocket this is a big deal. Other than that, the service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends in the area!
