Saw a deal on Groupon for an automatic starter. Easy to set an appointment. Arrived on appointment day and handed Toni both sets of keys and waited in their waiting room. Comfy chairs but the room could definitely use some dusting. Tv didn’t get many channels but I was fine with that. I used my phone and watched Netflix while waiting. Bill is nice and professional and quick! He showed us how to use the starter after. Thanks!!!

Got a Groupon gift for an remote start. Called and scheduled my car, then covid hit and had to cancel. 6 months later I called back and they still honored the Groupon and I scheduled my car. Double scheduled myself so I had to cancel. No issues rescheduling. Got the starter installed yesterday. Very nice to work with. They said it would take 3 hours and in 3 hours it was done. Toni at the desk very nice and explained how everything worked when I pick my car up.I will use them again

Bill does great work. Ive had him install a remote start (check out their Groupon deal) and audio equipment in multiple vehicles and he always does an outstanding job. Whenever I have an issue that I cant figure out, I have Bill take a look and he always takes care of it. His prices are very reasonable too. A++

Excellent installation of keyless entry and remote start. Customer service was excellent from the first time I called. I agreed to leave my vehicle for the entire day, but asked if they finished early to call me, and they did. Bill showed me how to use the new system and honored my requests to take home the product packaging. A+ and I will recommend B&B Customs!

Have had multiple repairs on a couple different scooters done here, They are awesome!!! Getting ready to take another scooter out for repairs.Update: Took in my scooter this time they had it for almost 2 months without ever doing any work on it! Finally bought another and went and got this one back.
