FedEx used to be best but feel like, this store is not following FedEx rules. they are understaffed, and employees are rude. No smile, no welcome I feel like they are working free in this store or some other issue with them. I hope they will take my review to improve this problem.

I called this Fedex store to ask if they could track my package if I lost the receipt. He was too lazy to even ask my name and address or the address of where I shipped it too. He told me that without their ID tracking number they were unable to track it. With todays technology that is a lie.

Package arrived completely opened, contents missing. Dont waste your money here !

I brought my wedding programs here to be re-cut because they were off-center and needed to be fixed. The staff knew exactly what I wanted and did it on the spot in less than 5 minutes! They were so helpful and it was so cheap for 300 programs. Thank you!!!!!

Only gave 1 star because it is Mandatory. In December I had a package being delivered.I called 3 days in a row and got confirmation that my package would be delivered! I even spoke with the shipping facility and they confirmed it was on the truck! Each time it was not delivered. Then, you agreed to Sat Delivery and confirmed my package was on the truck. Still no package, after I cancelled my family plans with my wife and 3 year old. I never got that package, it had to go back to the sender. Now a new shipment and I knew it would be bad. I paid extra for a specific delivery window. Tracking says it will be here Wednesday. I wait, but no update and no delivery. Then, it says it will be delivered Thursday. Again, I wait with no updates and it again isnt delivered. I call, they give no help, just say it will be sent out tomorrow. Then, I post on Twitter and get a call. This call was a joke! They apologize for the worst possible experience that i could have. Then they just say its delayed and if you dont get it you need to call the seller! No joke, I have experience doing that! I had no thought my package was lost until just now! Thanks a ton!!!!

I had a large item that I needed to have returned to the sender. I called the store to see if someone could help me (I had a newborn in the car and could not go into the store). I was told there was a line, and they would be out when they could. GREAT! Is there one person working? Can they not take two minutes to come out with a dolly and help me? I was parked for 20 minutes before I called again. Clearly I was forgotten about.

Ive had a couple of bad service experiences here. The first time, I went in on my way to work to pick up an order. What should have taken about 3 minutes took 20. There was only one person working in the office during the morning rush. The second time, I needed some papers cut. I went in and didnt see anyone. Called out a few times, no answer. We waited several minutes before I went to Office Max and immediately got what I needed. Dont waste your time here.

Today, theres only one clerk. He had asked for more help, but they ignored it. Owners or manager should be reprimanded, thats bad business, lights wouldnt go on in store, but everything else was working. A long line of people, but he was efficient and friendlly! Kudos to him. Wish I knew his name.

Pathetic place and price. A small doc to Virginia costed $43.5, zero weight. While return air ticket shows me $60 . Extortion....

I shipped a return to an auto company. Then I lost the tracking sheet. I called the fedex toll free number and they advised me to contact the location. So I went back to them, guess what? Very rudely and in a very robotic tone they refused to provide me any info on my shipment.I stop by there almist everyday to ship my companys parcels and they recognize me well, still they were rude and cold as *** whatever. I am never going back there ever.

They typically do about the bare minimum until today. Came in and there were at least 2 employees working,1 customer in the store, and waited over 15 minutes for anyone to help me at the counter. Nobody bothered to apologize at the very least. By the time anyone came over to help me, there were about 5 customers in line behind me. This is unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a last minute emergency drop off that the box was labeled FedEx so I came to the FedEx store expecting to be able to ship it however the return shipping label was UPS. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly they taped up my package covered up the old shipping labels and directed me to a UPS drop couldnt ask for better customer service!

Good to FedEx quick and easy in and out they do fax scan copy print everything that you would ever need from the FedEx store..... oh and of course they send packages

The most rude staff! Obviously not all are computer savvy and I am always treated like I’m an idiot!!! I will NOT be going back there!
