The cork broke when I tried to open my brand now bottle and I tried to exchange for a different bottle but I was told that I couldn’t even though it was a brand new bottle that I bought the same day.

We have not been treated so disrespectfully, indeed contemptuously, in our country for 40 years. My dear 80-year-old aunt gave him all of her business--until now. Over-the-top bad treatment, shooing us aside and making us wait, losing his temper - it was like what a caste system must have been like. So bad we called the police afterward. Made me think we need to train immigrants in respectful behavior before letting them open a business and hurt people. It was horrible. Cried on way home. 50 year setback

The older man is nice but the younger man like in his 50s is rude and very unprofessional..he has an attitude problem and doesnt care how he treats his customers I will never go back there..ever and its near my job.

Don’t come here, if you’re looking “too long” he starts to yell at you and ask what you want, then when we proceeded to leave because of how rude he was, and he cursed us out.
