The staff here Is amazing I bought a sandwich and wanted to buy a gift card they were having some problems with their POS but I was impressed on how they handled the situation. I worked with Lydia, Kayla and Ricky they are what great looks like.

Very fast, efficient and friendly service. Especially for being 3 days before Christmas! Some people will think thats way too much to pay for a ham but they are good.

I like this honey baked ham store in Ballwin and i like the product, but there is on older white women with short hair and she is kind of rude and needs to be retrained in costumer service. Costumer service is very important to me!

Love having lunch at Honey Baked ham. Sandwiches cost the same or less than bread co, but you get so much more, and its honey baked.The atmosphere is cozy and I love the staff. The ladies my boyfriend and i often see remember us and are very welcoming. Cant wait to visit again.They also have sandwich punch card. Buy 10 sandwiches get one free, and you get double punches on Tuesdays. Pretty good value.

If youve never had a honey baked ham youre missing out. I had one 10 years ago and have been hooked since. You will want to call the store to check hours and to see what payments they accept before you head over.

We accidentally ended up here for lunch. Wedidn’t know you could order sandwiches and salads because we thought it was only for catering. Turns out my family enjoyed their sandwiches a lot. It’s a little pricier that other sandwich shops but good.

Got a great deal on a ham and smoked turkey for easter. The facility operated extremely smoothly even with the covid-19 restrictions in place.Looking forward to coming back!

Expensive but I knew that walking in. I had a gift certificate from 2004 for $50 & yes, they honored it as it had no expiration date on it. No grumpy faces & very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Went to pick up my ham the day before thanksgiving. Barely any line, and it was very efficient. Cashiers were friendly, the store was clean, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Plenty of parking compared to the other one off the corner of Lindbergh and Manchester. Definitely prefer this location.

This is Luffy Cafe across the street from the pension. We enjoyed ice cream here after a long day of sightseeing.

I had the worst sandwich of my entire live there.... After I order it I asked if they can warm it and they said sorry but we cant... It was a cold and awful sandwich :( It was my first and last time there ever!!
