Such an amazing studio that is both clean warm and inviting. Laura is an instructor is very experienced and unique and gentle and kind. Such a wonderful yoga class to take.

This is my favorite space in the world. I have taken several classes at Live and light reminders. Including, Reiki, and Eft. Laura is such a ray of sunshine, and is so knowledgeable in everything she teaches. I live two hours away, and it is worth the drive every single time ❤
