This was for a service call in Troy, IL Sun Dec 29 at about 3pm.I dont know how they got so many 5-star reviews. Theyre getting 1 star because they did come out (all the way to Troy from Ballwin) on a Sunday, but otherwise Id give zero if I could.First, the guy argued with me about what was happening when I tried to close the door (the arm that connects to the drive chain was pushing at an odd angle, causing the top of the door to buckle) so I had to engage the system again, further screwing it up, just to show him I wasnt lying.Then, he said he wasnt sure if he could fix it, but quoted $249 but nothing if he couldnt fix it.While he was working, you could hear him using power tools at full speed (sounded like a pit crew) and when he got done, you could see that his efforts had worn/stripped/made larger the holes in the sheet metal.Well, after -making it worse- he charged us a $19 service call fee.He also (I have no idea how this happened) said that he didnt know where the screws were that he had taken out (see photos...thats a lot of screws.) I wish I had taken before photos to show how much worse he made it, but thats what I get for trusting people.He was more than happy to quote us $1700 on a new door.This experience could not have been worse. Well, maybe if somehow he got the door to be stuck in the up position, I dont know. In any event, we wont be using them again, and I warn anybody else to not do so!

First time I called these guys, they were prompt, replaced the broken spring on my garage door within 30 minutes, and price was very fair. I just had to call them yesterday again, and they were out within an hour and made a minor adjustment right away.

The reviews are true! I got the text from my significant other saying the garage door would not close and could I fix it. Turns out the spring was broke and one of the cables had snapped. I gave Rocket a call - we discussed the issue, they gave me a competitive quote and said they would be by later in the day. They showed up around 2pm and had the job done is an hour or so. We are considering upgrading the garage door machine and they will be the 1st company I call.

I was able to get service quickly and the price was better than a competitor I used in the past. I will definitely be calling again if I have any future garage door repairs.

My garage door would go down halfway and then go back up. After about 10 tries, I just disconnected it and closed the door. The next morning, I called Rocket Garage Door and technician was there in a couple of hours and found a corroded wire and fixed it. He also lubricated the moving parts.
