Hands down the best spirit I’ve ever been to. The store was so clean and everyone was so nice that I talked to! Especially the girl with that fun green and blue hair helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Couldn’t recommend this place for all your Halloween needs more!

Great place for just about anything Halloween, the big (possibly scary) demos for bigger displays were easy enough to avoid for my young one who came with, which is appreciated.

I came in looking for prop weapons for a costume idea I had and the staff were very helpful and insightful on which prop I should purchase! They also have super cool home decor items that I could not say no to. Overall a good experience and I will definitely be back during this Halloween season!

I was having a hay day, and was so excited to go to spirit Halloween, as soon as we got there a taller blonde girl started to trail us, it wasn’t to make sure if we needed help but it was because we look different and I’m also a person of color so I don’t know if that’s a factor. But she followed us the whole time to make sure we didn’t steal, and I understand they’re doing their job but she was genuinely was being rude, and ruined my day. When we were trying to go to check out I was trying to check out with a friend and my other friend needed to get checked out and she watch my friend just waiting to get checked out, and decided to check out the one behind my friend. There was only one girl who was nice and welcoming and it was a sweet dark hair girl with short bangs and shaved eyebrows. Like my friend said, “Don’t go here unless you wanna get followed if you don’t look like the average white chick.”

Theres always a Spirit Halloween! Extremely convenient and fair prices, sometimes the selection can be a little picked through but their website can make up for that if you do your shopping early enough.

The entire staff at this location were horrible to us following me and my friends around weren’t even trying to hide it just because we were teenagers they accused us of stealing telling each other to keep an eye on us no matter what we did i proceeded to buy my outfit but the blonde girl continued to follow us all the way out of the store that’s ridiculous. many reviews saying this blonde girl follows people around someone needs to do something about it

Love coming in here and getting costumes or props for upcoming events. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Would recommend coming here for all your spooky season needs!!

My experience was nice, i got everything that i intended to get but due to the way my friends and i were dressed and the fact were teenage girls, we got followed around by an employee the entire time we were trying to shop. thinking we were going to steal from the store. don’t go here unless you wanna get followed if you don’t look like the average white chick. She was a taller blonde girl, the only reason the rating isn’t a 1 is because of the one girl with the sweet short bangs and no eye brows, loved her.

My friends and I were followed around the store the whole time we were there. They will stereotype you and assume you’re a thief based on looks alone. Specifically this blonde girl. Instead of doing her job, she watched us the whole time. Didn’t even try to hide it. When I went to checkout, my friends went in front of me to pay. She sat and watched her coworker checking out my friends and would not check me out on the other register. When other people got in line behind me, she offered to check them out and immediately went to a register while I was still in line. Made it pretty obvious she refused to check me out. Talk about a lousy worker who would rather profile a group of teenage girls than do her job. Never coming to their location again.

It was very bare, No animatronics put up. Used to be a fun place for little kids to go but now its not.

This store was so clean and everyone was so friendly and professional! Can’t wait to come back!

The young girls that work there will harass you and your children if you try to shop without a mask on and breathe air like a normal human being. They were very rude.

Honestly the BEST store I’ve ever been to. Super clean and the staff is involved and dedicated.I love that they even collect money for causes where 100% of the donations go to the ACTUAL children.

They are extremely aggressive. There was a super rude guy on register, if you say no to donations they harass you or make you feel like an awful person. I heard the woman on the other register do the same, try to guilt some guys into donating and when they said no she got upset. (Im sorry, their costumes are expensive af, and I spent 4x more than I expected to.)Update: The store manager went out of her way to me and is speaking to her employees.
