We recently had All Surface Flooring replace hardwood floors and carpeting on our 1st floor. Bruce Adams helped us pick out just the right products. Caleb Field and his team did a great job on the installation and left the house in good order after each day. Its also nice having the showroom nearby on Manchester Road as we visited several times. Overall, we were very satisfied and will use All Surface Flooring again in the future.

From the beginning when I had a free estimate Bruce was very professional and he got back to me with the cost right away. It took the materials to come in awhile but when it came in I had no problem scheduling the time for them to install the floors. Mike and Tim where very pleasant to have in my home. Wanted to get rid of my carpet that was in the living room. So I started researching flooring companies in my area. Found all surface flooring in Ballwin and read the reviews. They sounded awesome! And they are. Brad, Dale, and Josh did my flooring. They are a great group of guys. Brad brought me some zucchini from his farm. Dale found my missing class ring and I was so happy. Josh was a sweetie and a hard worker. They were very professional and were such gentlemen. And very patient. When they started tearing out the ceramic tile, my Nest alarm system started going off from the dust. Oh my goodness, how embarrassing. I had no idea how to shut it off because it was here before I moved in. Brad, from experience, knew that if you covered them up they would stop going off. Thank goodness, LOL. My floors look gorgeous and I am very happy with the job they did. I highly recommend their services. Everyone there was kind and courteous and very helpful. All Surface Flooring was only the second place we looked for our Luxury Vinyl plank flooring. I had such a great experience every step of getting this project done, from picking out carpet with Teri and getting the measurements done, to the day of installation. Recently had All Surface install vinyl planks throughout most of our first floor. The team did a fantastic job on the install and worked with us on many requests during the installation. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed and the finished product looks great. It really felt like the whole team at All Surface cared as much about the individual project as we did. We were struggling to find the right floor for our 3 season room. After searching several stores for the right product we went to All Surface Flooring. We were impressed with an installer selling us the product. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He didnt just push a sale on us. Further, they got a little creative with two challenging aspects of our install: the folds at a step corner and a bullnose to bridge two styles of carpets meeting at the top of the steps. Very good place. The owner personally guarantee the products he sells. Thanks to that, it was easy to order $1800 of hardwood floors because there is nothing you can lose. Wood came in perfect, well above grade A++ but not high in price. I will be back when its time for new basement floors too. They also work with delivery service which delivers inside the house, and that is very important for real wood. Other places deliver in the garage or the curb and I dont like that. I love All Surface Flooring.

We purchased a ranch home with 5 year old solid hardwood floors in some of the rooms. It turns out, All Surface Flooring, was the original installer. We hired them to complete two additional bedrooms which required tying the new wood in with the existing wood. The installers, Chad and Sam, were absolutely fantastic. The continuity is amazing; you cannot tell were the existing wood ends or where the new wood begins. They were very friendly, professional, patient, and did an incredible job!! Im an inquisitive person and was there for the entire 3 day installation (I’m sure that can be a bit annoying) but they were great about letting me take pictures of the process and ask lots of questions. They came out and measuredmy kitchen floor and nook area and ordered my tile. A week or less later came out and installed it. 3 men showed up and got it done in a timely manner and did a perfect job. I love it and get so many compliments on it. Now I need to order my carpet.
