Hard to get help, but workers were nice. Kinda pricey on many items. I had a lot of difficulty locating items.

We were given a coupon at checkout that was for online ordering only. Sounds good...order fabric and pick up a few hours later. However, you can only order whole yard increments online, therefore forcing you to order more fabric than you need. If youre spending only a few bucks a yard, no biggie, but when youre spending $55 / yd, it stings. It was cheaper for us to order online by a couple of bucks instead of just going back to the store so we did use it. The purpose of this review is to let you know of this policy. And even though, according to the cashier, hes heard this complaint before, there is nothing they will do to fix the glitch on the website.

Clean store. They always have good sales too which is automatically fun! But I had great service at the fabric counter with a gal named Dottie. So sweet! Very helpful with my project even though was more expansive than just fabric. She walked me to different aisles to show me products to help me with my project. 10/10 will be back!

The fabric cutting table was lacking in their customer service. The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. We had 20% off coupons yet she helped us find 40% off coupons.

The gentleman who helped me fabric was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, easygoing personality, and very helpful. I will continue to work with him in the future. All the employees were respectful. Rather than point to or tell me where to locate the item, they took me to the correct area and helped me find what I needed. Kudos to JoAnns.

Staff was super. They helped but wore masks and stayed social distance. It was a clean store . I did purchase many things with great discounts. I brought the wrong coupons so I donated to a charity and got 40% of a skein of yarn ! The girl that checked me out was professional and yet personable. Ty. Yes, I recommend this store.

Sad times we live in. Everything is out of stock that I went in for. No employees on the sales floor. The one I found coming out of a backroom door was not friendly or helpful at all. The cashier was the same. They are all over worked and short handed. Unemployment pays to well, no one wants to work

Love this store and all they have to offer. Most employees are really nice and helpful. They do have 1 or 2 that dont play well with others. But overall is a great place for people who sew or craft.

Everyone there is very knowledgeable, but if the see been u confused, the will not off to help. You pretty much have to bother them and asked for it. I love this store,however, I am a 5p yr old who feels intimidated by the employees. Lol what is up w that? All this being said, a JoAnns is I great place to shop and fun too.

So apparently there’s a completely different vendor in the center of the store that isn’t part of JoAnns. No signage, no indication of this, nothing. But if you try to buy anything, after standing in the crazy-long checkout line, you won’t be able to - I guess you have to buy things back there? I didn’t see a register or anything. Completely baffling.

This location is my favorite Joann location. There is one closer to my house but this one is so much more stocked and their patterns are super organized. I love it! Definitely would recommend this location

Great place to find all you need for whatever project you have in the works! Somewhat pricey so make sure you download their app which includes several fantastic coupons. I only give it 4 of 5 stores because their Washington, MO location is better for us. We fond them to be much more friendly and helpful. However, the staff at this Manchester location is nice, but Washington is extraordinarily outstanding.

I really enjoy visiting JOANNs, the fabric department is amazing and there are so many craft options, I have only had one experience that was less than great but that shouldnt tarnish their whole reputation. I have had so many great experiences and they are very helpful and always ask if I need anything.This was a one off incident but it really bothered me it ever happened so...The one bad experience though, I went in to buy a walking foot for my sewing machine and when I looked online onto JOANNs website, I found that it should be 20 dollars. I went and found the exact same one in store(I double checked the upc) but it was 40 in store. So not thinking it was going to be a huge deal, I went up to the counter and it was kind of busy but I asked the cashier to price match the item from the online price. When she looked she immediately told me they couldnt price match it based off the website. I second guessed that since it felt off but she became more stern about what she said. I felt like that wasnt right so I offered to just buy the item online and pick it up in-store right now. She said they cant do that. Half joking and trying to break the bad taste in the air, I asked if I could just wait over there until my in store pickup was done or come back a little bit. She very much didnt like me saying that and said it would definitely take at least two days for the pickup to be ready. I ended up declining to buy the item since it was twice as much as I expected and she wasnt wanting to work with me on doing an in store pickup.I went to my car thinking this felt wrong, I then looked at their website and found that in store, not only do they price match the online JOANNs but also many major retailers. I went back in, waited in line, and spoke to a different cashier. She immediately said thats completely correct and theres no reason we couldnt price match, I ended up asking if we could price match walmart instead since it was only 17 dollars there. She politely agreed and the whole process took around 3 minutes to complete. I was very happy to have stood up for myself in that moment since it saved me more than 20 dollars.This was a one off experience so please take it with a grain of salt and since then I have done my best to just avoid that cashier when I notice they are there. Everything else has been amazing so four stars feels very fair.

People are always friendly and helpful. Good assortment of merchandise. Still havent gotten curb side pick up or store pick up to work.

I normally shop at the St. Charles Co. location, but stopped in West County after some other shopping nearby. Hopefully it was just an off day as the store preps for holiday shopping.

Joann is one of my favorite stores for arts and crafts specially for fabric! I love this store! I can spend hours in there easily! Also they always have great coupons so you don’t have to spend a lot, just be patient and use your coupons!

They had an incredible selection of goods. My kids are into crafts and their selection seem to exceed that of Michaels. At first I thought it was just fabrics for people who sew and create make their own clothes. Today I had a different view of it since I went in. I will be back.

Had an issue with our purchase at the Joanns in St Peters but had to come to this location because of a power outage. We came here to return some items because we were lied to about getting a better deal on a sale at St Peters, when explaining that to the cashier she refused to listen to us giving excuse after excuse as to why we were wrong.And then she made a comment about how their store doesn’t carry the items we were returning, we asked if it’s okay that we return them here and she responds with full attitude, “Well I wish you wouldn’t”. Absolutely awful customer service, and flat out rude.

It was very nice to be able to shop at Joann Fabric after not being able to get out to shop for so long. Found most of what I was looking for and at a better price than I expected.

Stopped by to get material and bonus it was on sale...got two yards instead of one!!

If youre into anything crafty, this is your go-to place. I even asked one person on duty where a specific item was, he walked me over to where it was located, just to make sure I found it okay. There was a long line but it moved along very quickly...and the cashier was very pleasent. There is more than ample parking along with handicap parking because its in a strip mall. The people mounting custom frames do a beautiful job. They even help you choose the perfect color and shade of matting. I chose a large shadow box and got another one free, all for a good price.

I love the clearance aisle in the back you can still save money on making your own clothes 👏. I try to stop in every once in awhile. I dont get the sales fliers but they usually have something going on. They have quality thread, lots of cotton fabrics, and notions. I mostly look at the sewing stuff. I used to do a lot of crocheting and would come here for yarn. They have some limited colors on wool* but it is expensive but not as expensive as a boutique. The store is close to me but there is room for improvement especially for the restroom, it could be cleaner.

4 of the Item I wanted were supposed to be in stock according to the website. Drove 40 miles to purchase & their inventory was wrong. None available. I usually have better luck at this store. Ill call first before going to the store again.

I always end up here for my fabric project needs and they are usually running some kind of sale. Their employees have always been knowledgeable about products Im looking for, or if I need help deciding on what product is best to complete my current project. The only problem Ive ever had is at times you may end up in a line at the cutting counters, however, its NEVER due to the store being short staffed so you can hardly be upset waiting when its just extreme customer volume causing the wait. I like coming to this store, its well organized, clean and has pretty wide aisles making it easy to navigate.

This Joanns is the best in the St Louis area. I happily drive to this location from OFallon, despite having another location much closer. The staff at this location are always happy to help and actually enjoy their job. Managers Alexis and Roger are especially awesome.

Bad, bad, bad. Ive had bad experience at this location earlier in the year, but decided to give them another chance. I bought fabric here last week, asked for 2 yards, paid for 2 yards. Today I started cutting out my patter out of fabric and discovered they only cut 1.5 yards for me. But charged me for 2. When each yard is over $8, I do have a problem with that. Now I have to spend more time going to the store and spend more money. This will definitely be my last time at this location.

One stop craft shopping store. Theyve got just about anything you could imagine for crafters, sewers, etc. I would have given 5 stars but they have to improve the cashiers area. They never have enough. Ive stood in lines longer than 30 minutes especially when customers turn out for the sales. Until they improve that they only get 4 stars.

Always love this place. Make sure you sign up for their coupons, they can make a big difference. Also, if you go there at busier times (like weekends), expect a little wait if youre getting some fabric cut; or a really bigger wait if a quilter is stocking up.

Came here to do a simple online pickup. If it wasn’t paid for already I would have left. Long line. Phone ringing is much more important than the 6 customers waiting to check out. The one poor lady is still waiting who was at the register when I was 5 people back.My suggestion is to somewhere else.

The store would have gotten a five star rating if it wasnt falling apart. The bathrooms were nasty. What was the worst was trying to look at the buttons while the light were acting like strobe lights. It made shopping really hard for my elderly grandmother

On a Saturday when they have a coupon special more check out help was needed. Only one at the moment when we were 9 in line, finally a second cashier opened up but by then the line was even longer. Love shopping here so today I think was a fluke.

Went in for fabric for my wedding. The lady that “helped” us was very rude and negative. She was in no way going to go out of her way to help us. I complained to the manager who actually cut me off and was snide and dismissive. I’d spend your money somewhere else
