Very courteous and super helpful. My sun roof blew off. Chris told me numbers to find and then told me had been recalled. My insurance wouldnt pay said it was wear and tear on vehicle. I came to these fine folks needing a cage on on jeep to be able to haul my canoes and kayaks. I had not had any luck with anyone else in town. I called about a week in advance and he got me worked into their busy schedule on my only day off which was very convenient. These guys do great work. I had work done here in the past. Sunroof and a remote start on two different vehicles. Everything was great, so when I purchased a new vehicle last month I went back to get more done.I had leather, a sunroof and window tint added to my car. I dropped it off on Monday and they told me it would be ready on Wednesday most likely but with a possibility it would spill into Thursday. I got a call on Wednesday afternoon that it was ready for pickup. They did not disappoint. The sunroof was installed perfectly, it looks factory installed. Leather was tight and looks awesome. The window tint was flawless and the trimming on it was super clean which really bugs me if it is not. Kevin the owner is a great guy to deal with and Chris the manager runs a great, organized shop. Everyone that i saw in person or talked to on the phone was very friendly and accommodating as well. No question that when I get another vehicle I will be back.

I am very happy with the work and the customer service. I received a quote over email very quickly, on a Sunday morning, as a matter of fact. After scheduling my appointment, I pulled up to the shop and a technician was already waiting for me. The window tinting was done right and I drove away very happy knowing it was done right and at a good price. I plan on coming back to get a clear bra done on the car.

Fantastic customer service. Audio Express has yet to contact me within a week, besides the robot-sent follow up email claiming that IVE been inactive and I should reach out again. Here however, James responded to my form submission in 2 HOURS. Great for customer relations! His professionalism in explaining the difference in packages and the pricing was phenomenal and he should be praised for such great customer service. The only reason I gave a four star was the pricing itself. This ultimately caused my decision to take business elsewhere, even though due to the rapid response I greatly regretted having to do so. For a 2 way remote package I personally do not expect final cost to total to $525, especially when Geek Squad can do full installation and all for a mere $300. Despite being a bit too pricey for my liking, the customer service is unparalleled and made me feel instantly heard and understood.

I left question on this site months ago as a prospective customer. No responce has ever been made. I still need help with drivers seat on 2002 F150. Lets see if they care to respond.Update: I stopped couple days ago and met with Chris Schoenberg who was positive and nice personality. Ford unfortunately stopped making front foam seat cushions for this truck but Chris felt he had supplier that could provide a cushion. I am waiting on him to get back to me on this and I would love to have you go forward with this job. Please let me know. I have updated stars above and hoping to be able to add last star soon.Marc
