My experience with Auto Plaza Direct, Was told when I first called that truck was not hit and has clean carfax (He also said that he had seen this truck himself personally and was not bad and may need to be washed ))which is fine with me and that’s kinda what I was expecting. Well when the truck arrives I notice it had been pulled on a little already and that it had been hit so hard the back of transfer case was completely blown out. I go to get truck off roll back and notice it won’t start or hardly steer.(also told truck ran and lot drove which it didn’t) It had been hit so hard that the steering shaft had caught itself up into the brake lines and wouldn’t turn. I would have been completely fine with all this stuff if the man I dealt with would have been honest and told me the truth when I asked him if the truck had been in any accident . I have bought several trucks from other dealerships I never had any problems . I had let the truck sit for a year before finally getting it on the frame rack and really seeing how bad the truck was. I had replace the biggest part of the frame section and it still can’t get it complety pulled to where it should be. I had the transfer case and complete steering and brake lines replaced (note all this stuff I could have been told before purchasing) I finally get truck put together and off the frame rack. I go to test drive it and the transmission is bad and in the process now of getting it replaced. I’m not gonna write everything I ended up doing to this truck but I can tell you I was not told the truth about the question I had asked. I completely understand the risk of used vehicles which I deal with daily. Auto Plaza Direct could have been more honest like they claim to be.
