When your AC goes out at 9pm and it’s still 89 degrees out you really appreciate a company that has a live person answering the phone and setting an appointment for the next morning. Travis and Erik arrived on time and got to work. They found the problems and gave us options for repairs or replacements. They fixed it very quickly and we have cold air again. I was very impressed with the service that I received! I needed both my air conditioner and heating units completely replaced and it took less than one week from the time that I called to the day of installation. The guy who gave me my estimate and the installers were very professional and they all took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions that I had along the way. When the work was finished, they cleaned up all messes and took away every piece of my old units. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

All around horrific and unethical experience. Only positive was the response time. Our AC stopped working on a Thursday afternoon. We have small children and my wife is pregnant, so I called the first few companies I found with Google hoping for a service call that evening. Two technicians came by on short notice, which was great. Went downhill quickly. The techs spent about 10 minutes looking at my thermostat, furnace, and AC unit. They came back immediately saying the AC was too old to warrant repair, which they estimated at $1500 or more to fix. Then said I should replace the entire HVAC system, $12000 for a budget system, $16000 for midrange 15 seer, and $22,000 for a high end system. Offered 6 months 0% financing. I thought that seemed high and said I would shop around for quotes. They then proceeded to go through a scripted series of reasons why I needed to make a decision right then and commit to purchasing a new system. They said prices were going up as soon as Monday by 6%, that it was going to be dangerously hot the next few days, that other companies dont offer the same quality products and service, etc. They were very pushy, which gave me a bad feeling. I declined their offers and they charged me $89 for the service call. They left without attempting to fix anything or even really diagnosing the issue, and we were left without AC for the night.I called another company, the other big one in St. Louis, that gave me a quote the next morning for a mid range whole new system for $9500 with a 500 rebate, 5 years 0% financing. That seemed way more reasonable.Finally, I had a 3rd company come out to start a quote but also do a service call. The last company ended up finding a small wiring issue between my Nest thermostat and the HVAC control board. Was fixed that day, no parts needed, and for less than $200. Ill leave a great review for that company.Bottom line, at least for me Jerry Kelly was very shady, tried to use scare tactics for a sale, and way overpriced.Also, the tech was needlessly rude to my neighbor that happened to be outside when they were there.

I was having issues with my humidifier. Korey T came out on time and was courteous and professional. He identified one issue (top of panel tray was backwards) and when I asked about running the humidifier when just the fan/blower was on (not just with heater on as was the case) he explained a new humidistat with blower control would be needed. Price was fair so he installed right then/there after having someone run the part over and it works as expected. Hoping for a less arid home for the rest of winter with these improvements. Jerry A and Jacob did a wonder job finding and fixing the issue with our ac. They informed me every step of the way and got us up and going in no time.

Our main level furnace was not functioning as it should. I called Jerry Kelly and they were able to get to us in just a few hours. Korey T. was the technician and he was awesome. Korey arrived within the time frame I was given, was extremely polite and courteous, and got our furnace running again. Although he did not have the factory spec part, Korey installed a part to get it going, will order spec part, and will come back to install that part. I am extremely pleased with Korey and the service that Jerry Kelly provided.

Corey came out to fix my furnace, which was he said was a relatively minor problem, although he said my unit was very old and likely needed a new one in the future.Their quote to fix the short term solution was $895...I researched the part they said needed replaced ($75 cost) and also the technician said it would take less than an hour to replace.Therefore, I would not be paying $895 when they told me multiple times that it would need to be fully replaced ($10k+).Well, I was able to get the short term repair cost cut in half...however, the furnace worked for only ONE NIGHT. Next day, the system wouldn’t even turn on. What a ridiculous solution to identify for a resolution, when it worked for one night.From the egregious cost of the short term fix that DIDNT work, to the costs associated with the fix, this company left my with terrible feelings about them and their service.If anyone wants to reach out to me about this issue, please do...I am sure they will have their own opinions, but it is what it is.Kory H

Highly recommended. When I first called them they did some troubleshooting with me over the phone to try to help. I ended up needing a replacement humidifier and the installer, Curtis, was great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to replaced other bad wires that were not on the proposal at no additional charge because it needed to be done.

I am impressed by the professionalism of my experience with Jerry Kelly from beginning to end. The gentlemen who came in and installed the furnace and AC were courteous and educated me on everything they did and answered all my questions. Awesome experience all around, I recommend them highly. We just had a new HVAC system put in as our 25 year old unit finally bit the dust. Nick R and Dave were our installers and they did an awesome job. They were very polite, made sure I was happy, went over everything with me, and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for others.

Dave and his assistant were efficient, very knowledgable, and professional. In addition, they were respectful and polite, as well as very careful not to harm anything in the house. Not only did Dave ask more than once if we had questions, but he also anticipated possible questions and clearly explained everything that needed explanation, including basic workings of the water heater he installed. His service and performance was first rate.

We had some issues with our furnace and called Jerry Kelly. We were lucky enough to get a technician who could come out the following day. Greg showed up on time and went right to work. He explained the issues with our furnace in terms that were easy to understand. Our furnace worked for almost a week and started having the same problem as before. Again Greg came out and spent over 3 hours working our furnace. He showed us that our furnace was getting too hot and was melting our PVC pipe and our wires were blackened and burnt. We were concerned for our safety so we decided to purchase a new furnace. We were very happy that the money we spent trying to fix our furnace was credited towards our new furnace.Jerry Kelly made a great impression on us and we will use their services again. We highly recommend them!

Dan gave excellent customer service and did a wonderful job of informing my family of the needs of our air conditioner and furnace. He was helpful and gave different options as to what route works best for us. We will have be having them come back in the Fall to clean out out furnace.

Jerry Kelly is prompt at responding to requests and has flexible service hours. In an attempt to save some money on a tune up, I called a company that had sent out a coupon in a mass mailing. Over a week passed and a technician still hadn’t called. Jerry Kelly is worth every penny more I spent! Technician John Cody was polite, fast (but thorough) and knowledgeable.

Curtis was professional, polite, and exceeded expectations when installing my humidifier. Not only was the installation clean, he explained the system workings and up-keep required to me. He then asked if I had any questions or concerns about my furnace and AC, something outside the scope of his visit. He checked my filter and reminded me it was time to change it. He even helped me set up my thermostat via app on my phone. He went above and beyond and created a happy customer!

One of the other reasons is their truthfulness when reviewing their processes and equipment. I have been using Jerry Kelly for the last 5 years since they installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. I have them come out twice a year for an annual maintenance check. I am never disappointed with the expertise and professionalism of the technicians. Today my air conditioner was serviced by Greg. Not only did he care for my air conditioner but he also answered additional questions I had about air quality and replacement parts. I will continue to recommend Jerry Kelly to friends and family.

The staff at Jerry Kelly made this experience so easy. Our furnace was shot, beyond repair and needed to be replaced. From the time we called the office yesterday to the two amazing guys who came and installed our new AC/Furnace, everyone has been so nice, friendly and willing to do whatever was needed to help us out. With it being below freezing last night, they brought over space heaters and were at our home first thing this morning to replace our broken furnace and put in a new AC. Korey was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as he worked. He tested the system thoroughly, taking some curve balls in stride. Once getting the system running again, he checked tested the wiring at the thermostat, indoor and outdoor units, as well as the junction between. In the end he left us with a system blasting cold air and some tips to keep it running well.

Ryan was great today when he came out for our 6 month check up. Jerry Kelly technicians are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, etc. And Ryan exemplifies these qualities! The phone reps are just as kind - they are great with customer service.

Always here when they say they will be here. The service technicians are friendly and clean up after themselves. They put booties over their shoes when they come into your house so they dont mess up your floors. Love that!

The technician came in a did a great job. He even did an extra thorough job with my high pressure hose cleaning the outdoor unit. After he left I kicked on the AC and after about 5 minutes the air was colder coming out the vents than I could remember. I can really rely on them to do the job right and not charge me for what I dont need.

The technicians Joe and John very were professional and did a great job with my new furnace, AC and humidifier. They made sure my carpets were covered as they started to work and cleaned up everything after their work was done. WAY OVERPRICED!! I would recommend getting several bids before making a decision! I canceled the call for them to come to my house for a bid because I had heard how overpriced they were & a gentleman showed up anyway & It wasn’t even the one they texted me would be here! I actually had to ask him to leave so that other people could come & give me bids because he didn’t want to leave! I was completely out of air conditioning & still shopped around & EVERYONE that came after him was comparable in price he was twice as expensive! 14,000 was too high for us! Always check the BBB website as well before hiring any contractor.

I received a new air conditioner and furnace today and thought the guys did a great job.They arrived on time finished before time expected and were very friendly.Also did an excellent job cleaning up and I noticed they cleaned up mess that was there before.Job well done!!
