I had an Audi vehicle towed to National Collision from another body shop because I knew the other shop would not do the job correctly based on my communications with them and their horrible reviews and I am happy that I did that. These guys are great! They go above and beyond. My car’s front bumper was completely scuffed up and looked terrible. I thought I would definitely need to buy a new bumper. But no, they saved me money by repairing the damages on my bumper. Not only that, but I had a dent on the passenger side fender that I never mentioned and they popped it out for me. What a lovely surprise to find that they fixed it. And I lost my front license plate holder, and they installed one on there too, free of charge. Lovely people, great work. My car was rear ended while waiting at a traffic light. The entire back of my car was crushed in. The trunk was damaged significantly. The metal panel under the trunk, which is welded on, needed to be removed, replaced, and rewelded. Needless to say the bumper was completely destroyed. The team at national commenced work on my car quickly and had it completely restored in about two weeks. They did a nice job matching the paint, making sure the rear backup camera was functional, and getting my car back to its original condition. Thanks to Dennis and Dan!

Great body shop if your looking to restore and protect your paint. I brought my 370Z here to have the rear bumper resprayed, and they did a magnificent job matching the pearl white (very hard color to match). Definitely recommend their on time with flawless work. Dennis, at National Collision, was the second shop I interviewed in regard to repairing the driver door of my 2021 Equinox. After meeting with Dennis I knew right away that both he and National would do a great job. Dennis’s demeanor was very cool, not aggressive or overbearing. I first entered the shop through the back and the employees respectfully and in a very friendly manner ushered me toward the front office.Dennis said it would take a week but much to my delight, the work was completed in three days. Went for car repaint estimate. Nice people. Too expensive for me. Estimate was between 6k to 8k for repaint for a vehicle worth less than 5k. On average repaints are between 2500 to 4000 depending on where you go. Disappointed but not defeated.

These guys have taken care of me on two separate occasions and all I can say is they are incredible. The staff is highly professional and helpful. They helped me get a rental car to pick me up the same day I was dropping off my car. I appreciate the way they communicated with me often with updates. The best part about working with National Collision is they will work with insurance companies to ensure all damage is repaired, even if the insurance company low-balls the repair costs. I felt like National Collision had my back, and I will return again!

My RAV4 was sideswiped while parked and I chose this shop based on a nextdoor dot com recommendation and that when I went to check out the place, the manager was helpful and knowledgable, but not aggressive like many body shop owners. I wanted a shop that could fix any suspension issues without sending it out, because my wheel was hit and the alignment was screwed up. They have the equipment to check the suspension and make sure its true. I was also concerned that Id be able to tell it was repainted after, especially since its an unusual metallic color.Well, they finished when they said they would and the job is excellent and I cannot tell that it was repainted on the side. The suspension was repaired properly as well. Thank You.

I had a car accident and messed up my front bumper pretty badly. My insurance provider had National Collision as a preferred repair facility, so to expedite my repair I had my car towed to this shop. The customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were pleasant and helpful. When I came in to pick up my car the work completed was great, my car looked wonderful. A week or so later I ran over a curb and damaged under my car. I had some insurance paperwork the repair shop need to fill out so I stopped in and mentioned my guard splash under the car was damaged. They told me to pull it right in and repaired it as the wonderful office staff completed my paperwork with amazing efficiency. The place is very clean and organized, the service is great and the quality of work is awesome. I have found my permanent car repair and body shop.

Dan and the guys at National Collision are incredible. They took care of my daughters Carrolla and it came back cleaner than it was before the accident. My daughter was t-boned and the insurance company played games with me because it was a 4-way stop sign and there were no witnesses and they said it was 80% my daughters fault even though she’s the one that was t-boned. I was incredibly upset to say the least. The guys at National Collision were so nice that it made taking that hit little easier. I’m still going to have to take the other driver to small claims court but wow! What a great job. The car looks fantastic and my daughter is back in the road.
