This UPS store is the best store, they have great prices and they package my items very well, I have never had a damaged shipment or missing shipment.

Amazing Customer services. Martin was super helpful. I went in just to make sure I did not complicate the process by changing delivery status online late this morning. I was in desperate need of the Modem as my children are doing online school. He left to the back to check when the package would be delivered or available for pick up, and he resurfaced with the package. That small gesture was life changing for me and my families day. A sincere thank you Martin.

Always go to this location. However, on 9/23/2020, I went to send out some very sensitive documents, and the lady assisting me did not know what she was doing. Long story short, envelope went missing, despite the request for signature confirmation. A claim was filed, and the envelope is still nowhere to be found. Given the importance of the documents inside, it does not matter whether I am given a refund for the sender fees or not. They need to find my documents, which they have not. Very disappointed. Strongly recommend asking one of the managers to help you out if you plan on sending out sensitive information.

I have a UPS store down the street from my house . I copy and fax all my papers there., sometimes I even receive email there . The thing I like best is if you have to change title of the House, UPS stores have transfer of title . They even Notarize It there, they have a Noter Republic on cite . All this stuff at your UPS store. . Nice to have one place to get what you need t. Then you’ll have the Notarized papers to you local public records department . To make it legal

New York store price to ship a painting to Australia was $1,100 higher than competor.

I went there to return something I bought on Amazon. The service was quick and he even offered me a discount by asking me if I had AAA! I thought that was nice of him. He even packed up my return in a box for me. I will go back there again if I need to mail a package.

Went for a live scan, but the older lady at the counter hesitate to take me because she was busy with customers. Then she asked if i wanted to come back later.They ought to hire more people so they can serce their customers right.

This is the worst office I have ever had exposure to.The drivers chronically can not find our house till we call them and ask to open their eyes. Some drivers, like Victor, are pretty rude, telling us that our house is not there it should be, then finding us and not applogizing for delivery delays, even if I paid for most expensive international deliveries.Today, my kid expected his first watch, our back-to-school gift. It got lost somewhere! The scanner has scanned but the loader has not loaded, that was the explanation from the supervisor, Jane. She was very nice to check several tracks and walk through the area for us, thanks to her, but it did not help.We have never had any issues with FedEx, DHL or even snail-mail, USPS.Whats the shame to UPS!It has been happening to us for the last 4-5 years!!The problem is that nobody wants to fire the site manager and get a professional. It is impossible to reach fat execs of UPS either.Stay away from this office if you can. If you cant, you are doomed.
