DJ is a great guy and always remembers the regulars and their usual stuff they get. Prices are pretty decent. And they have a wide selection of stuff. They didnt have some vape stuff I was looking for before but they were willing to order it for you to come in soon so really accommodating.. oh and they have these really cool real crystal pipes and manager is also really cool..

They sell top quality products pipes bongs and many other goodies really recommend this shop

When i first walk in inside this shop they never ask me to leave even if i would just look around at their items all the time until i started buying this puff bar this person would always be telling me witch one are the best ones and verry friendly and awesome dude everyone should come by and check his store out this will always be my #1 store no matter what even if i ever get to move out of baldwin park i would away try to find a way to get there because this shop its lit 🔥please just stop by you will not regret it at all seriously plus let all your family and friends to come by and shop here better this place literally rocks!!!

Horrible customer service. Not knowledgeable of their own products. Way overpriced. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I asked for a RPM coil, he didnt what they were. I told him I see the box right behind you. I asked to see the front of the box 3 times to see if they were the ones I wanted. He then tried to school me on the product, which was ridiculous. I asked how much for the box of 5, he said $35+. These go for $20 anywhere else. This was a horrible experience. First and last time I come here.Update:The owner wrote back a reply to my post and since deleted it because she/he thought they were dealing with someone uneducated. I made sure that wasnt the case.

Just why over priced on the vape stuff the people and the store is ok but look up your prices before you buy any big purchase there g pens are 15 bucks over the price and all there big name items are above market price just do your researcher i am pretty sure if you show them the right price they may give you the correct price but there just doing that to take a vantage of the people that dont know how to look up their stuff beware

I go only for cigarettes but they have everything a smoker needs besides cigs. Very impressive when you walk in. U can c they do a lot to accommodate their customers. Even carry CBD products

Puff & Pass is hands down my favorite smoke shop. The guys working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. I go there mainly for their large selection of vape joose. 5 star all the way.

Like the place and selection. Would get more stars but they sold me a low quality vape pen charger which broke after only two days and they would not exchange, no exceptions.Did not find that to be good business.

Dont get your vape stuff her, its over priced and possibly knock off. I bought a pack of coils and they all burned out in a week, that has never happened to me before.

Had the privilege of being Puff & Pass Smoke Shops 1st Customer when they took over the previous establishment. They have treated me with great customer service each and every time since. Theyve also transformed the place into a cleaner, shopper friendly environment.

They were real friendly people that work there had lots of nice products. Sky real nice oil burner bongs with an oil burner for pretty cheap a scale for pretty cheap as well.

Polite staffs but did not have sufficient juice for Phix

Sold us a broken piece... they didn’t rap it for us, gave it to us in a little brown bag. Not good service, tried to explain to them on the phone and they just gave excuse after excuse... NEVER COMING BACK
