Magic Drift shipped a bumper lip to me in a box too small for the part which damaged the part by bending it. The part sat in the unopened box for two months waiting for me to install. When I opened the box I found that the bumper lip was damaged. I called the company to complain and the customer service rep refused to work with me. She said that I should have opened the box right away. Dont buy from this company they dont stand behind their products.

I bought rear side corner apron splitters for my 03 mustang and thought they were the wrong length. The owner drove over to me (which is 10 miles from their warehouse) and showed me how to install it properly. THAT is customer service! Kinda of a long drive for me but it was worth it. Got a bumper lip for cheap and it fits very well. Better than I expected.

Fitment of lip was horrible even after putting it in the sun for a couple days. Threads on the provided clips were all off except for one. Product came with zero instructions. Tried to call for an exchange but was told no because i drilled holes in the lip. Well the lip had no holes predrilled to begin with so, not sure if that part is really my fault or not. I even live in the same city and offered to drive to their location, saving shipping for everyone. So in the end I ordered a $60 piece of garbage. Ive bought ebay lips for my other cars before, and havent had a problem till this one. You get what you pay for I suppose, should have opted for the $80 bayson R replica lip. I just cheeped out, dont make my mistake.
