Someone had abandoned their vehicle on my moms property over a month ago. Baldwin Park PD couldnt help because it was on private property and the car wasnt stolen (I get that, so I have no issues with BPPD) So, I called four tow truck companies and Royal Coaches was the only one who would come out to tow it away. The driver was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. I would highly recommend Royal Coaches.

One of the best body shop around town. Great customer service and friendly staff. Paint is spotless and well sprayed. PPG refinishing makes each paint job unbelievable. Will definitely recommend this collision center. They work with all major insurance. Ask for Hector. Just say zero miedo painters recommend you.

The staff seemed nice enough but we were there for thr lien auction. Prices were very high.. And the two decent cars were sold after the auction privately. Seemed odd.

Do not trust hector! I had turned in my vehicle here on March 5th to get it fixed. I had to get it out of the shop today on may 4th because hector has been lying, and gave me fake dates when the vehicle would be ready! He took more than 2 months with my car and nothing was fixed but just worse now on the car! I had to get the cops involved to get my vehicle out. My car left in even worse conditions than the accident. I had it towed and taken to caliber collision to get it fixed. Beware if this company and hector. Royal crooks more like it! Im still shocked on the whole situation. The amount of stress this company and man did to me is a crime!!!

Hector and his team were very professional. Very easy to work with. They delivered as promised and were accurate on completion of work. My truck was pretty beat up and Hector and his team made it look brand new. Extremely pleased with their services. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone who wants the job done right.

After vehicle accident the only place BP police dept.uses. oh...they encourage you to get your insurance company to release the car to them..oh u wont have to pay the impound amt. We will bill the almost 500 dollar amt. So your insurance will cover it and we can fix it (they conveniently have an auto body shop)..we said no we just want to pay the fee...then the guy said why would you want to..then he said okay where would u like it towed, it isnt running..i had called the night before..a young lady told me it had a scratch and was operating...what a scam....i said I want to see my vehicle....sure enough it had a couple scratches and thats it..ran fine....these guys are not on the straight path..get ur car and get out of there!!!

Bought another car at the auction another dollar well spent

Got my car impounded/towed here on Friday at 1pm thanks to BP detective for a warrant that was 18 years old so don’t believe the story about warrants should drop off by a certain time. Anyways I couldn’t get my car on Friday cause they were closed by the time I got the money since they don’t open on Saturday “officially” you can go pick up your car on Saturday with a $130 after hour fee plus your towing expenses. So $400 dollars later I got my car and no personal belongings were taken not even my loose change. The 2 staff members I dealt with were both nice and friendly. So besides the amount I had to pay (it’s just business) which I give a 1/2 star. The company and staff 5 stars.

They start there bids at $500. If they do not like the price they sell it back to them selfs

A friend had his car towed by this company and when he got it back, all of his personal possessions were gone. Laptop, camera, lenses etc. This company may not be corrupt as a whole but they definitely have some shady people working for them. Would not recommend

Still waiting on paperwork that was suppose to be given to me when I picked up my car after they “repaired” it. Although my car was involved in an accident the driver side door was working perfectly fine. I received my car with the door broken and me having to pull on it several times to get it opened. The rear driver side tire was completely damaged so I assumed there would be tire replacement for that tire AT LEAST. Unfortunately I am losing PSIs on all tires and I hardly drive but 2 miles a day totaling to about 10 miles max since I have picked up the car. I shouldn’t be losing so many PSIs. I will take the paper work to Hyundai and ensure that parts replaced on my vehicle are in fact factory bought and not parts made outside of Hyundai. The insurance company involved paid them a lot of money to do such a snotty job on my vehicle. If the parts don’t match I will take them to small claims court.

My dads car my dads car was taken here and when we went to pick it up we paid and then we went to the back to see what was going on with the car. When we got there the car was open but the guy told us that the key would not turn in the egnition. I noticed it looked like the sanded down the key and the nissan symbol was no longer silver. So i asked my dad for the spare and it started right up. It was real fishy. We went on our way because it was already a long enough day. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM IS ALL.

The company did their job. I had no tag so they towed my car. When I went to pick it up it cost 1000.00 dollar. They were professional and nothing Im mean nothing was taken from my car. I had money in my car. I should be mad but it was my fault.

Piece of debris fell off a school bus that they were towing. The emergency hatch flew off the school bus and landed on top of my car inches away from the windshield. Left a HUGE dent on my car and could have killed me if it was a few inches forward. Got the driver to pull over, got his insurance info and spoke to his boss. Boss tried to avoid insurance route but I called anyways and the owner of the company DENIED liability for the accident and claimed nothing ever happened. Not at all professional and extremely inconsiderate. Every day I look at my car and think of how I almost died and how Royal Coaches lied to insurance companies and left a 20 year old broke college student to deal with the damage and traumatic experience. NEVER trust this company.

Would honestly give zero stars if I could. Extremely upset with their services all around. My car was towed by them to their location on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. By the time I figured out where my car was I called them around noon and they were already closed. The man on the phone mentioned to me that they were also closed on Sunday. I was also told different prices over the phone. Monday morning at 8 am (the time they open), I go in to pick up my car and was told that they would be charging me for their $215 services and 3 days of storage! My car was only in storage Saturday and Sunday yet they still charged me for Monday! The front desk worker Jesse, was extremely rude and no help when I was concerned about paying for the extra day. He sarcastically told me “you can come back at 5.” Which I thought was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.If you need towing services avoid them. They are both a waste of time and money.

Very safe place for your car to be at if its inpounded. This place is very professional and very clean. The staff is very helpful in getting your car home. Everyone is very nice.

One of our Company trucks stopped and I called them.. they ran someone right out to help us to find that both batteries we bad.. so they ran to get two new ones.. they were super helpful on this the only bad thing was that they said one price and raised it on us. again they were very helpful and got the job done fast. I just want to note watch your wallet to make sure they dont charge you more than they start with. yes commercial trucks cost more for everything but I just felt it should be noted for all

Auto body is great! they fixed my car after an accident with my bumper and it came out looking great! paint blended right in and the staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this guys!!!!

Royal crooks! Honestly the worst in the business. Im surprised their still around with all these reviews. Extremely disrespectful, someone better report these guys to the BBB. Lied about pricing over phone and when i show up theres damage to the vehicle that is blatantly there. His response was those are scuff marks, if we wanted to rip your bumper if we would have. I didnt even want to give them a star. Thats how terrible it was. If you want a loose bumper come here. It is very evident that there is much corruption in terms of their linkage with law enforcement. How sad. Im sure the city turns the other way with all this money flying around. Whos to say there isnt some embezzlement scheme.

Legalized robbery...car towed to this location Sat morning and was told they were not opened weekends. My car was stored for 2 days and charged for 3 in addition to their 215.00 hourly fee. My car was in for 2 days. Jesse at the front desk very sarcastic when asked about fees and confronted with additional charges. This is a scam, felt like I was in a third world country with no rights. Cost me 400 dollars to get my car from this place.

Had my car towed twice from these people. They are very nice and professional. My wheel came off the first time and had suggested the problem and was right. Second time had asked what the problem was and wanted it towed to a family friend who is a mechanic and no questions asked and did the task :) would recommend.Thank you very much for your services.

So disrespectful I was being tailgated by one of their tow trucks and he was speeding on a 35 MPH zone and Im very positive it was going about 50-55 MPH. The worst is I had my 5 year old son with me and the driver still thought it would be right to honk his loud hunker and scared my son. As if he was a public emergency services. That it self I would never ever do any type of service instead of royal coaches towing damaged cars I wouldnt doubt their drivers are having cars total loss because of their driving.
