My insurance instructed me to take my truck there for repairs on the front bumper. After a few weeks the repairs were completed and results are amazing! Doesnt look like it was damaged at all, highly recommend this auto body shop for repairs. Staff is friendly and helpful and will keep you updated on the progress of the repair work.

Hello,My name is Erick Mendez and I had one of the worst experiences in my life when I visited the Baldwin Auto Body shop on January 13, 2021. I not only was harassed but I felt in a hostile environment when asking a question regarding the owner’s (Javier) pricing of my uncle’s “free estimate” car repair. My uncle had gone in to get a “free estimate” and left with a $700 bill for leaving the car overnight. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT or they will try and hold your car and claim that they already took it apart. I don’t know if the owner was having the worst day of his life (January 13, 2021) but he got in my face (no mask) and asked me to leave. He made it seem as if he was going to fight me and was screaming in my face to leave (keep in mind I am 25 and he is probably 60). I was confused and asked him why he was being so disrespectful if I was simply asking him regarding the pricing of a “free estimate” that resulted in a $700 bill for my uncle. I left his shop because I am a teacher and I do not want to get in any type of fight and ruin my image or my career. The owner proceeded to forgive me after my uncle’s car was approved for repairs at his shop. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A FREE ESTIMATE unless you want to go in and get harassed and confronted face to face over fees.

I absolutely hate dealing with insurance companies when it comes to car damage. I’m so glad my dad took me to Javier and his team. My Camry was backed up into and damaged the front of my car mainly the hood. I was confused as to where to take my car since the insurance was only willing to pay very little (almost nothing). The team at Baldwin Auto Body was beyond helpful and most importantly easy to work with. I left my car and they handled everything. What stood out the most was the attention to detail. They text you every step of the repair process so you know exactly whats going on with your car in real time. Robert handled my case and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. The pick up was simple and quick. These guys took care of everything so I didn’t have to deal with anything especially the insurance company that often times are of no help! Thank you so much for such great work on my car I felt as if I was leaving with a brand new car. I will be sure to recommend anyone in need of Auto body repair. I’m so happy with the entire process beginning to end.

Ehh I think they do bodyshop fraud. As in they exaggerate damages to total a new car to gain an easy profit for infinity insurance. Rather store my totalled car at my house. And I can 99 perecnt verify they cost cut to repair a car, And yes I do think infinity is part of this issue.

They do excellent work.

I dont know I never stop there and if I did it was for work. Thats why I gave it 1star.

The guys there are amazing and very helpful and by helpful I mean not even the word itself describes how well they take care of their customers. They fixed my moms car and had fixed my sisters car there too and every time they have done an outstanding job. I will definitely use them if I ever need any repair to my car as well as highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who lives in the area. I brought my truck in on Tuesday to get the bumper fixed and I was receiving updates on my truck everyday from (Robert). Overall, friendly staff and trustworthy service.

When I got into two accidents in less than a week I didnt know where to take it. I was recommended to take it to Baldwin auto body and Im glad I came here. Robert and Javier provided excellent customer service when it came to answering my questions and concerns. And when I finally had my car I couldnt believe they could make it look like new after it got trashed with the accidents. I highly recommend to come here! Its the same car but looks like I just bought a brand new car Im really pleased with their work!

I took my car there to repair my scratch and they had a slight delay on the paint job, so i had to drop my car off for another day. Luckily Javier and Roberto took care of me. They gave me a free rental for a day plus they detailed my car for no charge “FREE”. I really like how they went above and beyond to resolve the issues we had. Really thankful for that. Asked for a rough estimate to install a new bumper onto a car if I had the part in question. Didnt ask me any questions but said brusquely: We dont quote prices over the phone.I can basically understand the policy, but the way the guy responded like I had a disease made me not want to even take it in for an estimate. Other places at least gave me a rough estimate.Good rating because I cant comment on the service itself, just on my lack of desire to avail myself of it!

I took my car in to get fixed after I got into an accident the service was excellent very professional and once I got my car back I couldnt be happierit was clean and detail I felt like I had a brand-new car .I would definitely recommend this body shop I will be coming here in the future
