I searched for a FedEx, to return two packages that were free return by the seller. But the women with the fake eyelashes and the, I think he was a guy, gave me the worst customer service I have ever had.As soon as I walked in, sawthat I wasnt dressed like I was rich and treated me as such. Dont be fooled by appearances. Refused to take my packages at this location. Treated be as I was homeless. I went to a local FedEx and my packages were not refused! These employees should be replaced!
The workers at this location are rude and don’t want to do their jobs. I went to pickup an order at my pickup time and it wasn’t done yet and they said they were barely about to call. More issues with the order and the employees are very lazy and give attitude when you try to find a solution. So many instances at this location where the employees are absolutely rude
This so called FedEx location is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Just horrible service. A FedEx Express driver showed up to drop a customers package off and this location refused to take it. I know that they are two different companies of the company but the little girl that turned him away just was unprofessional and rude. Please everyone do yourself a favor and dont go to this location. The service is discussing and rude.

Rude and Unhelpful~Went there to return a package to Walmart pursuant to their instruction. Manager at Fed Ex was so rude. Said my box Id already packed it in would not work. Purchased a box and then asked to use the tape to re-pack and they stated I couldnt do it there. So, I asked why and he said I had a sticker on the box (a square half black/half white) that says contents are toxic. I told him Id take it off and he could see it was a hand held vacuum cleaner. He just shook his head at me and pointed to the door as if I was a child.
I walked in to Fed Ex trying to ship some packages and it was not a good experience. The girl named Evelyn basically was rolling her eyes at me while I was was talking. She basically didn’t know that my labels were free because they were from Fed ex she seemed pretty confused. Also, at the end she gave me my receipt and did not say a word. This is one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever received. I wouldn’t even give it one star.

Most of the times we have come here to make prints, it takes forever to get seen by an employee to fill the cards with money to use the copy machines. We dont like using our cards, cause they freeze up to 10 bucks on them for up to 2 days, depending on how much you print. On a couple occasions, they have ignored my sister who had been waiting some 15+ minutes to get money put on the Kinkos cards because they thought she wasnt important and they would rather attend some other customers in the shipping section.
Great service! Ive been to this FedEx twice and had some great service on both visits. They print out pictures and do just about anything you need involving shipping.

Sometimes busy, but the hours and location are good. I send my packages here instead of waiting for delivery.
First time I have ever been here and it will be the last is well! When here to fax one sheet of paper, took three attempts for the machine to finally send the piece of paper through! By the time it finally fax through one of the employees had gone to lunch and there was a pile of people in line! The one employee left there kept helping the people that had been lining up with their packages, meanwhile I’m waiting there to pay $1.89 for a faxing fee and three customers had been helped before the guy ever rained me up! Tip number one for a good business, if there are people in line waiting for service, don’t go on a damn lunch break!
The worst experience ever! Refused to take my prepaid package, wanted me to buy box from them and repack. Told me to go home and order pickup and weight all day for driver. Unbelievable.
Taylor did an outstanding job and proved to have a very professional level of skill when she helped me create a custom sized laminated print, that proved to be a little too difficult for any other place due to my mismatched template resolution, but she did it with ease.
BE ADVISEDThey have recently have had a management change for the worst and very RUDE and this used to be a great store with great management until this week when new manager took over and now it is all about up selling the customers by not accepting how you box and package shipments and denying them BUT they will gladly try and rip you off by selling you their boxes and their packaging services and ripping you off for a lot of money!! When I took the boxes to the main hub on Airport Dr there was no problem at all proving the fact the the manager and employees are trying to rip you off!!I also take my boxes to UPS stores and I am treated way better and they dont try and up sell you and are alot more customer service oriented there I have never had a problem there. With stores being ran like this and FedEx hiking rates next year to 5% I would look elsewhere
I recently went in last week Once they opened nevause i was in a hurry for work and i was helped with shipping a book. The customer service this gentleman provided was great and he simply helped through out the whole process. I was in and out in 5 minutes :)
Elizabeth went above and beyond in customer service to kindly help my mom create a memorial card for my Pops ceremony in our time frame.
This place is terrible. Went with a box that was packed perfectly fine and the lady started pushing forcefully on the box and told me it needed more packing inside. Frankly I was annoyed because I mail stuff at the FedEx in Oildale almost daily with no issues. I took the box from here directly to the Oildale location and they took it no problem, mailed it and it reached my customer happy. This store is extremely nitpicky and wants you to spend extra money with them and will tell you anything about your mail to get you to do so. Trash.
Everytime I go there, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend using this location for all your fedex needs. Plus they offer other services, like copies and photos.
Worst customer service ever! I walked in the door at 5:50 PM this past Saturday. I asked the associate if I can email pdf tickets to print. She was very rude and said sure I guess but I’m closing in 8 minutes! (Umm ok takes like 2 minutes. I’ve done it before.) Anyway long story short she acted as if I was putting her out even when I asked her for the email address. Then she claimed she didn’t receive my email but I received confirmation of email received. It turn 6 and she said she had to close and be out of the store. Her tone and attitude totally rude!!! I’ll never return to this store again. I’ll go to the store on Stockdale. Excellent customer service.
What is up with customer service these days, its actually a shame when u see what it has come to. The least helpful ladies attend the front desk here at Rosedale/Coffee location. Not informative at all. Unwilling to go above themselves to offer information that may be helpful to the customer. I asked the darker haired lady if she could locate my business account and she answers with I dont know....? So I told her some helpful gentlemen that worked here before could do it, its possible, it can be done. Then like a light bulb flicked on she suddenly remembers that they are able to search their database.The next lady starts assisting me and searches for the company name and immediately tells me its not there. Im thinking - Um ok, well can u search the company name with lower case letters?. She acts as though she had an epiphany and searches and says no again.... ok can u capitalize the first and second words? She checks.....No again. So I have to haul 2 - 20x20 boxes right back out the door that I originally struggled to get into in the door in the first place.You would think a decent person would at the least, offer to open the door if they seen someone struggling to haul two huge heavy boxes out. I use to be happy to help people with minimal things like this, its just being a decent human being. I dont know about anyone elses opinion, but arent you tired of the poor customer service here? I would be glad to take these girls jobs and show them how to treat people. Id probably retrain them both as well while Im at it.
I always go here on the rare occasion that my printer at home runs out of ink and I just dont feel like buying more. They have always been very polite and super helpful no matter what I needed.

Terrible! They delivered my school books on the curb of my house where someone could of stolen them if it wasnt for my neighbor that brought them to me. Not to mention my package was opened & damaged!
