I bought a pair of upper control arms with the uniballs. Had them installed. The cuts on the truck were not made, so technically they were not installed correctly, and that is the reason for them not being warranted. Beware: the way the control arm was bent had nothing to do with the tab not cut out on the opposite side. These are suppose to be the strongest control arms out there, damn near indestructible. I went offroading and bam, indestructible was bent from a hop bounce in the mud pit. So the warranty doesnt cover it, I asked to buy just one, they will not split them. They will not work with you in any shape, form or fashion when it comes to selling just one arm. This product is not as strong as they claim, be aware when purchasing this product. There response time to emails are fast, thats all Ill say for them.

Same as last customer, I ordered my kit back in February and have everything except the Fox suspension, not sure who to blame on it taking so long. I’m not sure if I have to wait till there moved into there new building before I get my stuff or not?

Not sure who to blame if its the manufacturer or the distributor but I ordered a cognito kit back in February thru custom offsets and today marks the third time I have been told my order is delayed anther 3-4 weeks, each time due to the fox 2.0 reservoir shocks being on backorder. At this point I’m way beyond fed up and will be canceling my order. I waited three months at this point, regardless of the issues going on now most other suppliers don’t seem to be having nearly these bad of issues. I also find it extraordinarily hard to believe that on 3 occasions fox has been incorrect about the shipment time frame of their shocks, so aside from my general frustration with what’s actually going on, I feel like I’m being given the runaround.

I have been looking at Cognitos Upper Control Arms for almost 8 years now for my 2003 Duramax. I finally decided to make the purchase along aside their Fox 2.0 front shocks (which are 2 longer than stock) and a few other things for steering, tie rods, and rear shocks. I have only installed the front shocks and UCAs and what a difference!!! The truck handles so much better, turns better, takes bumps better - it is night and day different! I wish I would have done this 8 years ago.

Just wanted to say that the warranty is horrible its on the company whether or not to warranty a part. Stick with moog you wont have to bag for your parts.Look at the warranty paper they put everything that can happen down so they dont warranty. Its basically if the sales men is in a good mood or not to warranty the part.
