Yeah, I spent a lot of money but enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me tons of choices without feeling pressured. I was very surprised by the ease of the process and how quickly I was in and out. I decided over a year ago to purchase a side by side and Valley cycle gave me the confidence to pull the trigger here. Very satisfied!

My 98 HD had a flat front tire so i got a new tire and wanted it balanced . i took my front wheel to valley cycle to get balanced i bought the tube from valley cycle i already had the new tire.i asked twice if they balanced tires they said yes .i told them to mount the tube and tire and balance it..when i picked it up he says i have to let some air out of it how much do you want in it ?i said whatever it calls for .he replied so about 36 psi. then .i told him whatever it calls for, i guess so. well the part about the air was on the work order and it said they installed tube and tire but nothing about balancing the wheel.i didnt have my glasses so i could not see what was listed i paid the 52 dollars and left.(1)it takes 30 psi he should know that its also on the tire.(2)balancing is not listed on the work order nor does it say i was charged for it.so i assume it wasnt done.i was a mechanic in the U.S.A.R. from 82-88.why would i do all the work and pay them 52 dollars to mount a tire when i could do it just as easy.they didnt do what i thought i paid them for.so i bought a tube and was charged 52 dollars to put it on my wheel and they lied to get the job

People are very nice helpful. there not there to just sell you something. there very knowledgeable and help you get into something that fits your needs. not just a budget, or what you have to spend.

This place isnt great. I have bought several dirt bikes here and it seems like it could be a better experience when youre spending that kind of money. They want to get your money and send you down the road.

Worst consumer experience of my life. My Polaris Ranger started burning oil with only a couple hundred hours of light use - that was bad enough. I made an appointment with Valley Cycle to get it checked out and repaired. That was December 4, 2020. It took them over FIVE MONTHS to fix it. FIVE MONTHS! Over that time I made probably 10 phone calls that were not returned. I believe I have spoken with my service rep 3 times. He says its fixed now - and the bill is $1,500, I still dont know what the actual problem was. Imagine how long it would have taken if I didnt have an appointment. Dont buy a Polaris. Dont take your rig to Valley Cycle

I brought my rzr back in October 2020 to get some maintenance work done and they found some other problems with the suspension and wheel bearings. I was great full for them being honest and telling me the problems it had so I agreed to get them fixed but if I would have known that 6-7 months later my rzr would still be in the shop and not fixed I would have taken it somewhere else. When the parts that I needed to fix the issues finally came in they told me the work would be done sometime mid march. I didn’t receive an update or a call so I decided to call them but every time I call apparently they are always “busy” and can’t answer the phone. I waited a couple of weeks and never received a call back so I went in person they had told me that one of their techs had broken the door to my rzr and that I would have to wait longer for the work to be done since they had to repair my door. Overall it’s been very frustrating since I don’t have a timeline of when I’ll get my rzr back and I’m not being kept in the loop. Since they won’t answer my calls I have to drive 30 minutes to see them in person and get an update. It’s been very frustrating and I wish they would just communicate what’s going on and deliver on their word on time. I am still waiting on my rzr hopefully it doesn’t take another 6 months ...

The service department here is great. Throughout the process Julian was constantly keeping me updated and never once did I feel as if I wasn’t in the loop. From dropping off the bike to picking it up I never had a bad moment. Julian was true to his word from the first moment we spoke. They also finished repairing my bike a lot sooner than expected. Definitely 10/10.

I had a really great experience buying my first ATV ever. I was super nervous going in because I knew nothing about buying stuff new, but everyone made everything super simple and were super friendly. It took a little long but that was expected considering the paper work you have to do. If I ever buy another ATV or any other Toy, it’ll definitely be from Valley Cycle. 10/10

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Julian took care of my bike and did a great job. The price for labor and parts was fair. I came in for an oil change and they brought my attention to things that needed repaired on my bike that I wasn’t aware and worked with me on the price, overall I’m satisfied with the work. They pay attention to detail; they even inflated my front tire that I didn’t even know was low.

There google listing and voicemail states that they close at 6:00PM. Drove there at 5:40PM to grab some oil and they are closed. Not professional.

I honestly dont know how they have so many good ratings. We purchased our RZR with them a couple months ago and let me tell you it was cut and dry, like we were just another sale to them. It was our first RZR and I wish I would of shared that experience with another RZR dealership like the ones we have been talking to out of town since these people arent trying to even help! I have called more than a few times only so they can tell me theyll call me back and dont. We broke an axel 2weeks ago and they didnt even care to look at it just basically flat out told us no its not covered without even looking at it. From family and friends who have had similar experience they dont understand why they cant even look at it. So we decided to call Valencia and other Polaris dealers near by and theyve all been extremely helpful giving us so much information and how to take care of our RZR, plain friendliness and genuine help is what we ask for I mean thats not much right. I wish they would consider looking into our problem before straight out telling me sorry your fault vs trying to actually help me. Its like oh well we got the sale no need to bother with them. I will definitly NOT buy my next 2 seater from them.

I have been in the market for a Polaris Ranger XP 1000 for a couple of months now. I have called and driven to several Polaris Dealers in California in an attempt to put a deal together. After dealing with other dealerships deceitful selling tactics, being told the Heros Advantage rebate would not apply to the Ranger XP 1000, or not receiving a call back, I finally lodge a complaint with Polaris. The contact from Polaris checked availability on my specific model with options, where they were located, and provided me the contact information for those dealerships. I contacted Valley Cycle and Motorsports and spoke to Zane. Over the phone, Zane put together a very competitive price, informed me the Heros Advantage DID in fact apply to the Ranger, and called me several times throughout the process since I lived 300 miles away. Zane made this entire process painless and when I drove down to pick up my new Polaris, Zachary had the paperwork completed and the price was exactly what they said it would be! Thank you guys for being honest and selling me my new Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Northstar Edition. I hope I have many years of trouble free use from it! In the future, I will purchase all of my new machines from Valley Cycle and Motorsports!

We did have a minor oversight with proper checking of engine fluids but that was quickly resolved. Happy to be doing business with people who make customer service a priority.

I had discussed purchasing a new Polaris Rzr from Valley Cycle over the phone with Zane. Communication and call backs were always prompt and professional. Arriving at the dealership there were no changes or mistakes with the quote given over the phone (agreed upon price did not change). From sales to finance everyone was kind and professional and had knowledge of the products offered. I also bought a motorcycle from them 2 years ago. This dealership is a 3 hour drive for me but well worth it. I never feel like I am dealing with sales people.

Needed a gift to take to Germany. Went in and gave the staff my request. Although there wasn’t a lot of what met my needs Dillon walked me around and helped me choose the right gift that met my needs. “On our way back from the Oregon Dunes, we dropped off our ATV for repairs. Valley Cycle was able to readily diagnosis the repair and kept us updated as needed. They also interfaced with Polaris for the water pump repair as Polaris was paying for the part. Valley Cycle also researched our ATV and found a recall that we were not aware of and this was an issue with the ATV performance. They did this repair work and the complete repair was done before the stated finish date. As we were unable to pick up the ATV after the repair work was done, due to a medical issue, they transported our ATV to our house and discounted the trip for us. They communicated with us every step of the way and even followed up with us to make sure the delivery was completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Valley Cycle for your cycle and ATV repairs. ”

0 stars is more like it. Terrible experience. Bought my first motorcyle from here, should have been a happy memory. Called them twice to ask questions before I went in, both times they told me they would call me back and never did. Went in to buy my bike it was in the back and they took forever to bring it out said they were cleaning it upbut brought it inside and it was still dirty? Took it home and the battery was dead! They told me to charge it, but it was so dead I had to buy a new one. Said they would send me a check for the charger and battery I have yet to see it. Speedometer cable fell off while I was learning to ride in a parking lot. Thank God I wasnt on the freeway at top speed! Left an email for the manager about how disappointed I was in the service and no reply. Called to talk to Zach about that check he promised, but was sent to voicemail and no reply since. Absolute disappointment. Wish I never bothered purchasing my motorcyle here.After I posted this Zack decided to call and apologize and said my check would be in the mail. Its been 2 weeks I have not recieved my check for the dead battery they sold me with my brand new bike. I asked if he could also send the manual he never bothered to give me and my tool kit that was missing from the bike. He said he would send that too. Called yesterday and he said he would try to find out what was going on and would call me back. Well he never called back. Ive been so polite and patient with this guy even though hes been extremely unprofessional. At this point I think hes just lying to me and hoping that Ill forget about everything. The Google reviews are misleading. Zack is a terrible manager. Please do not go here. If you do make sure youre very knowledgeable because it seems like they will definitely take advantage of you. Im not even sure how they have these great reviews on here. Totally misleading. Im still trying to figure out why he even bothered to call me and apologize if he just keeps blowing me off.Status update. Still never got the check, my manual, or the tool kit. Months later. I have gone to the parts counter for all types of bikes dirt bikes an they have NEVER let me down. The parts manager Mr. Crumb is very knowledgeable as well as his counter personal. I will shop no where else as long as they can get the parts I need. Thank guys an keep up the good work!

I went in to just price a bike, and they ended up offering me a huge discount; I explained that I wouldnt be making a purchase for a few more months.... They said thats was fine and gave me the paperwork to keep so I can come back and still keep the discount. Theyre really friendly, and will actually just hangout and talk about bikes without that pushy salesmanship you get at most places.

Ive never been in a motorcycle shop, so I didnt know what to expect. I was trying to decide what generator to purchase between Yamaha and Honda for my travel trailer. I was greeted by the receptionist and one of the salesman walked me over to the generators. The salesperson said he would have someone from parts to help me. Chad walked over and greeted me very promptly. He gave me a run down of what generators they offer, and if I needed anything let him know. I told Chad I would be back over the weekend to purchase the generator and he gave me his card. Chad is a very cool guy to deal with. I ended up purchasing the generator over the weekend, and I would also like to say Larry in the parts dept was also cool to deal with. Im sold on Valley Motorsports. My generator is quietly humming in the backyard for the break in, and Im very happy with my shopping experience.

Customer service was great. I believe they can improve by bringing more SCL. ( STAR CUSTOM LINE ) motorcycles. Show off some of there good stuff. They are to plain and thats not cool at all. I personally love creativity. Creativity is an eye catcher. More business for them. So a custom bike is what they need. Bakersfield deserve it. Yamaha is a well known and respected brand.
