Everything is realy Good But the nachos were so disappointing! The chips themselves tasted so old no crunch so stale .&the cheese was not runny at all this is the sad nachos i got only took one nacho bit and had enough. I feel They need to be more considerate of the chips freshness and cheese aswell.Sadly i didnt see my nachos until i got home .

The esquite is my favorite item to get when I go here ! Super delicious, and the ice cream is pretty dang good, too ! Perfect for the summer, and just as good for any of the other seasons ! If you havent gone, you should go very soon, I recommend it !

Everything is good but the nachos don’t get me wrong love the cheese but the chips are stale went to tell them gave me another one but still the chips were stale everything else is bomb except the nachos

“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE”. There was a lady name Stephanie who was the rudest! Me and my kids just got back from a hike at the bluffs and one booth that was not “taped off” meaning they couldn’t sit there so as we waited in line my kid’s sat on the booth and “Stephanie” yells “YOU CANT SIT THERE” loud! She didn’t even have the decency to tell me politely.... they definitely look mad like they hate their job! If you don’t like your job, don’t work there!

The menu is very good here although the customer service was terrible, most of the employees had attitude and didnt want to help us and this happens every time we go. The food here is amazing but with the horrible customer service they have I rather take my business to the one down the street.

Over rated the influencers they pay to promote is a good strategy but had better antojitos somewhere else

The ice cream is delicious!

This place lies about their hours of operation. Came with still 1 hr left but they were closed. I could still see the ladies the work there just standing around. One waved and said no.

Terrible service, I asked him for some fools he asked me if he wanted something else I told him that since he will prepare the tostilocos because he did not want my snow and melted popsicles, he said that when he prepared them he was going to put them in the freezer again, but the alarm of His car began to ring and he left without caring that he left the snow and our pallets outside, it was the first thing I had asked him, in the end another girl attended us because he took a long time but it was the same, he left our things outside what I prepared the tostilocos and it took much longer because they were talking and talking among themselves, in the end I left with three Nieves and a fourth melted popsicle, very bad service from the workers of the products I have no complaint they were delicious I just wish my snow not so melted.
