Cold stones on mt veron blew my expectations away. I came in for a couple ice creams and the nicest young lady with blonde hair and the most beautiful blue eyes helped me pick on which ice cream flavor I should get. It was perfect. Loved the service and the staff very clean and well put together. Very quick service in and out!

I love love love this place!! I come all the time with my husband and kids. It is the perfect place to go during the hot day. My kids and I love the music and customer service!! Very nice girls and boy with purple hair lol. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love all the employees at this location they are quick and always service with a smile the girls are amazing and the boy with purple hair amazing as well. whether i come in the morning or night I am always pleased and the music choices are chefs kiss, they are the greatest

Wow!!!! Cold on mt veron ave is a scam! I went in to get 2 SMALL ice cream cups and omg they bare thevies they charged me way more then they were supposed too!!!! I will never go there again I even waited for the rudest employee to come out the back room ! The store was empty so it was not even busy at all! The ice cream was not even filled barley in the cup And I called to get it worked out but some employee named “Kate” kept repeating herself and didn’t help at all just giving me rude and cutting me off just horrible horrible!! Music is not kid or Christian friendly. There is music that is good & doesn’t have cursing or 5exua1 description in it.

I went in and got one thing. I asked for a waffle cone, didn’t get one. Ice cream was melted and I didn’t enjoy it. They didn’t even know how much to charge me. Good music playlist though. Won’t be going back.

So the reason its called cold stone is because they have ice cold slate stones upon which they mix your ice cream flavors and ingredients. Cold stone is a great idea in the 1990s but lacks the fundamentals of instant gratification in flavors. Nobody wants to wait for their ice cream anymore. I can see this being a push button business one day.

Out of 3 locations in town, the Mt. Vernon one is the only one who answered. They carry delicious icecream cakes in-stock & have fast, friendly service.

What Ive cream place runs out of ice cream cones! I dont care if you close in 20 minutes, your one and only purpose is to sell ice cream. What a disappointment.

Yesterday my husband passed out from heat exhaustion in front of the store. The girl working stepped around him to open the store and then wouldnt give him any water. Very rude heartless girl. Hope this never happens to her. I cant believe someone can watch another human suffering and then make it worse. Disgusting I will never visit another stone cold creamery again.

Everything was going smoothly, I was excited, it was my BF birthday and we went left the house specifically for goldstone and then I get to the register and she rang me up, but then said they didnt have change for $100, no biggie but irritating because we literally debated even going for 20 minutes because cold stone is worth it. Thing is car almost hits is in the parking lot as we leave empty handed, then when we get home my BF broke his favorite cup that he only had a week as we got out the car when we got home, we left the house for nothing, cold stone ruined our day.

Got two flavors and they mixed it up together with the big spoons and messed it up.

Love this place. This is the only place in Bakersfield where u can buy a funnel cake. The funnel cake is little and supposed to be covered in all kinds of yummy strawberrys and vanilla ice cream but I only order the funnel cake and its only 2 dollars!! 🤯❤️ Love love love it!!

Ice Cream always good. Staff really not as welcoming as the old days. They dont sing for tips anymore. (kinda where they got their original identity from) If you dont think singing for tips is ok, then give prompt, friendly, attentive service for tips. Or dont expect any.

This is the only place that I can get a strawberry, pineapple and banana milkshake with strawberry ice cream. No DQ here in Bakersfield and sonic doesnt have pineapple any more.

Great ice cream, and you get what you pay for. A little expensive in my opinion. Girls who work late are a little unfriendly, and get orders wrong. Thankfully, all of the ice cream is pretty tasty so I wasnt too bothered by the mistake.

To start off let me say I love Cold Stone. What I dont love is the customer service. I can honestly say I visit very often, but do not like the service I recieve. Im always dreading having to go in the actual store. The employees are always so serious or just make it feel as if they do not want us there. It sucks because I really do love buying ice cream from here. Too bad the employees dont make it enjoyable. Especially for someone that goes once or twice every single week.
