Guaranteed new batteries in my 2016 EZ Go. They were original and there staff would not honor my claim…They don’t back there equiptment and staff is inept. These guys suck.No customer service. Just a guy high on battery fumes!

Called to see if they would wire some service pieces and was very rudely told they wouldn’t touch it by a guy named Doug. Didn’t have a logical explanation other than I might need more part which in turn would mean buying the parts from them and creating more revenue but they won’t be having my business and will make sure to tell my buddys this is A ONE STAR LOCATION!

Dropped my cart off after getting the run around from another cart repair shop in town. New Owner David was great, had my cart fixed and ready to go the same day I dropped it off. Couldnt be happier.

Horrible customer service. I went in to ask if they could work on my 1968 Harley Davidson 3 wheel golf cart. Doug at the counter used every excuse he could think of to not even take a look at my cart. Said there were no parts on the planet for this cart without even looking at what it might need. Would never take my cart business to these jerks.

As of March 20th 2020, I just purchased the assets of this company and it is under new ownership and management. Any negative reviews previous to the above mentioned date were under the old management. This place is a joke, the guy that answers the phone is so rude. They said they fixed our golf cart and charged us a lot of money. it broke again that same day of them bringing it back. Cant even get an invoice from them to see what they fixed. Whoever answered the phone should be fired for talking to good paying customers like he did.

Picked up an older Club Cart that had an electrical issue (36 volt unit) after 2 days of checking everything and not accomplishing anything, I decided to take it in. I had done business there in the past with the other mechanic that has since passed away. I had never been let down before so figured all was good. When I dropped unit off, I ran through everything I had checked with new guy and emphasized to him that I was merely sharing info and he only needed to call once fixed. He immediately pointed out a couple things such as 1 battery having part of the ear broke off on terminal but not compromised and I explaned that it qas drilled and tapped and and was in good condition and safe.After 1.5 weeks I get a call that it was ready, I pay the 300.00 for what was a couple battery cables and the new guy tells me it was wired wrong. And shows me while it was jacked up that the issue was no longer present.I was happy to pay.Get it home get everything back together jump on it to check out and Takes off in high gear, which was original complaint..I call immediately its on a Friday and let them know I would be bringing it back Monday cause he hadnt fixed anything.Sat. the issue gets the best of me and I tear into it and find that a solenoid is sticking causing it to pass all other speeds straight to high gear. Now that I no longer trust this new guy I start scrutinizing all that he had done. On the positive side of the battery where he attached this $300.00 battery cable he attached it with a self tapping screw through the post of the battery and was leaking acid.I call the owner Leo Monday and explain the situation never A Im sorry..Bring it back well make it right nothing. I dont mind paying for services, but I expect it to be completed.If your considering taking your cart there be mindful that this new guy will tell you all hes done and where he has worked Porsche Audi..., but in reality isnt qualified to air up tires on carts let alone work on carts.Such a hack. If I could give a lower rating I would.No ServiceNo ManagementNo Integrity

Call back when the mechanic returns in 4 daysWhat?! Seriously? Nobody else can help me find a simple part I need in there at one if the only golf cart parts places around. Does nobody not know a damn thing in there except the one lazy guy who only comes in whenever he feels like it?
