Hands down monumental service! After our master bedroom patio door was shattered I called multiple companies about coming out for same day repair and nobody put in the effort besides All American Glass. This company stressed the importance about getting my door fixed ASAP and made it happen. Great customer service provided by Monica on the phone and the two technicians Dawson & Rizo were courteous, intelligent and professional. When I first call they didn’t ask if my table was round square or anything just ask for the measurement wrong size then cut another piece and wanted to charge me a lot of money they are ripoffs and don’t know what their doing

Crazy prices for a basic window they wanted 250 bucks i went to Floyds and they cut my glass to the size I wanted for 30 bucks I install myself easy.

They do an awesome job. Punctual, dependable, office staff is friendly and very professional. Everyone has always been a tremendous help. They do good quality work as they have repaired multiple windows for us for the past 4 years and will continue to be the only glass compnay in Bakersfield I will use.
