I arrived just after 5pm and thanks to team Darriel, Travis, and Curtis. They squeezed me in and started right away replacing my drivers side headlight assembly that a driver backed into the night before. Thanks so much for getting me in and out guys. You’ll never know how much I appreciate it.
Terrible customer service. Be prepared to get bent over backwards for no reason and throw money away. Ive never waisted so much time and money pointlessly.
I hate calling for parts... They never answer, they will hang up on you. Ill go to the store and everyone moves like snails. They will just let the phone ring, Ive been there when its happening. They need better management.

Staff told me they could see me the same day. Towed the truck to this shop- big mistake!They dont give updates, been here 2 days now and every few hours they tell me they will start work. Just stringing me along!! Now its the next shift at 330pm that will start the work. (Who knows whatll happen).Plus- they dont even do a courtesy 2 minute drive to a nearby hotel. Literally- 2 minute drive away.The staff here arent happy at all. Most of them seem miserable, grumpy and very standoffish with custumors. You can feel the tension around here.
I cant believe how slow they are !!! I dropped off my truck Friday and today is Tuesday and they arent even close to working on it.what a mistake I made by bringing it here. Im losing money every day. They have no sense of urgency for the customer. never again.Save your time and money and go with your independent shop in town.
Best dealership experience Ive had in 5 years of owning this truck. Travis and curt went 1000 miles above and beyond to get my truck fixed the same day. I had a hood bracket that broke free from the glue on the fiberglass hood. I got there at noon. I brought the new bracket with me. These guys are honest because they reused my old bracket so i could get my money back for the bracket saving me 249.00 dollars and i thought my grill tabs were broken but it turns out i just needed new springs. So instead of forcing me to buy a new one from them for 800 dollars it didnt cost me any extra and the total bill was cheaper because they fixed it without taking my aftermarket bumper or the hood off which saved time and money because they actually charged me actual labor instead of standard 2 hours for job. I am really impressed and if i need work done and am anywhere near here i will definitely be back. Velocity who? Oh yeah thats the place i called to get an estimate and sat on hold 25 minutes without talking to anybody before hanging up. Thank you again travis and curt for your help and hard work
I was told my truck would be 2 days start time finish when I dropped it off on Sunday. I got a call from Daryl to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Once I paid my bill, Daryl went and pulled my truck around front for me. It is the little things like that which matter. A real class act.
Brilliant service truck ready within two days
I took my Freighliner in July 13 2021 for a DEF issue. They charged me around $1800+.Brought the truck home while on the road the same issue popped up. Not only did they charge me but the issue remains unresolved for something i paid for already & on top of that they refuse to admit they didnt fix the problem the first time.They are rude, and cant fix anything. Dont come to this company to get ur trucks serviced here for anything.
I made a call to the service department with a question in regards to a display warning indicator, spoke with an adviser, he couldnt give the the exact solution without diagnosing my truck. But what he did tell me gave me a good indication as to where to look. The service was helpful, and the adviser was polite and courteous. If and when I need service and Im in the area, this will be my place of choice.
I agree with Max. Last time I was here I arrived in the early afternoon to check in and waited 5hrs ( I did go in to check on status on the repair ) until someone came out did a walk around and then they said that they wouldnt be able to work on it until morning. Its now morning parked inside gate still no service. Nice people, but someone here likes passing the buck. I REALLY HAVE TO REMEMBER TO STOP COMING HERE.

I towed my truck to this facility two day before and was diagnosed for having a fault with a sensor and a pig tail but the truck was repaired today and over all it took 48 hours for this job. I mean it was A BAD BAD experience for me.

Everytime I HAVE to come in here for a repair they always take forever for a quick fix. Im not the only person who has sat in thst lounge wondering why its taking so long.Other then that, they have parking, vending machines. Hotels near by.

I KNOW THAT THIS IS A PART PLACE AND IT DOESNT REALLY MATTER BUT IT DOES TO ME AS A CUSTOMER AND NOT ONLY FOR PARTS BUT ALSO SALES. IM JUST SAYING MAYBE A LITTLE MORE COMMON COURTESY BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE BUSY LIVES TO ATTEND TO AND WE JUST WANNA GET IN AND GET OUT TOO. They told the office that there was no delay and Id be in right away. Repairs didnt start until the next day. While replacing def dozer, found needed new awning. So they put it back together, pull it out of the shop, and wait til the next morning to send the est, even after I told them to send it right away so itd be in the office for approval and returned before they opened (main office being central time). And now theyre saying that they might not get to it until this afternoon.

After Telling them my name 3 times and spelling it out to them they still spelled it wrong... Guys in parts just need to chill and listen to the customer more instead of rushing us out the door.. I used to work there years ago and it is totally different now. Not aure if its better or not.

Huge kudos to the outstanding technicians at this shop. This was the fourth trip to a Freightliner repair facility with the same set of symptoms and someone finally diagnosed the problem correctly and returned the truck to a serviceable condition. I highly recommend this place! :-)

Truck has been in this place for 6 days for a radiator, the problem here is that if a tech works on a truck when he gos home the work stops till he comes back the next day. Im from out of town so Im at the mercy of poor management of techs!!!!!

Went in for an estimate from the deer attack.Half hour waiting for travis to get off a personal phone call while standing in front of our truck. Less than 10 minutes looking at the truck. He told us estimate ready by afternoon...nope... next day at almost 4pm.

I was in Thursday 11/15/18 at 7:15am on a called in company repair to fix my Jake brake. A sensor went out and I needed a new gear shift selector. At a previous Freightliner dealership, they held my truck 9 days between initial diagnosis, part ordering, and the actual attempt to fix the truck.I was bracing myself for a lengthy wait time. I went to the driver’s lounge and told the service advisor I would check back in a couple of hours. I did and he said it was a sensor and gear shift replacement repair. From my previous 9 day debacle, I was prepared to pretty much get a hotel room at the end of the day. Again, it was only 9:30am.11am rolls around, and the service advisor calls me down from the drivers lounge and says I am all set and ready to go!Service advisor was pleasant, clearly communicated the problem, and the mechanics did a fantastic job getting my truck done in a timely manner.

I arrived at 0730 checked in asked the service advisor when will my truck be looked at replied later on today later on today was me going to ask the night service advisor was my truck in the shop he then checked to see where it was in line and the truck was pulled in at 1100pm for an assessment. No communication between services advisors and the customer but a lot of broad answers when you ask questions as if you should have known our process even though it is your first time at the facility.

Great services and they are the most helpful people you may find. My husband was broken at the weight station on the I-5 South Bound, Bakersfield, CA and we needed a part, radiator, in order to continue the trip. They sent a delivery to us at a very generous charge, Say, a sales employee that works in parts help us to solve the situation asking his manager to make an exception for the delivery . They save us $500.00. I would highly recommend to use Freightliner instead of TA that is near to them. From a very satisfied customer. All States Team Corp
Beautifully well equipped, tiny lounge, no showers, took two and a half days to.look at my fifth wheel. Also, if u plan on sleeping in yr tractor ask first. Im not sure if they allow that on company property
These people are crooks. I would give zero stars if I could. Take way too long for anything, mess up jobs constantly, miss deadlines, are rude and charge excessively every chance they get. I would recommend going almost anywhere else unless absolutely necessary. Thumbs way down!

Only reason you should bring your truck here is if you want week off... I understand that it gets busy but don’t lie to the customers... I brought my truck in for an a/c problem they said it would be ready in 1 1/2 to 2 days it took 4 days not only that but when I brought the truck in I asked if the problem would be covered under warranty since I had only bought the truck a month prior and they said yes we’ll I got a call around the 2nd day saying that the issue wasn’t covered by warranty so I told them fine I’ll go pick it up and fix it myself well when I show up in the 4th day cause”they had to put it back together” they told me they had fixed the issue and charged me the labor and parts... I was trying to avoid paying an arm and a leg... a week after I took on a trip to Texas the a/c stopped working again and I really don’t wanna take it back
Very disappointed with this place. took them 2 days to realize that they dont even have a part in stock. The service & parts department dont communicate with each other. Avoid this place especially on the weekend.
Evedyone is quite helpful and courteous however sometimes they get busy and you may be in there a minute
